No matter how busy this location is. My food ALWAYS super messy. The sandwiches are never wrapped up properly. There’s lettuce and tomatoes in the wrapper but not on the sandwich. Everytime I order here I have reassemble my sandwich as most of its just loose in the wrapper.
Whoever is packaging the food needs to be re-trained immediately.

I visit frequently because it’s one of the only fast food locations near by. Every single time we have gotten food here, our order is either completely wrong or just extremely low quality (ie: asked for everything on it and only got one pickle). I came by the other day about 15 minutes before they close (which I understand as someone who currently works in fast food) and was refused service because the worker, who was very rude, decided to close the store early.

This is the worst McDonald’s. Food is always cold, more expensive than any other McDonald’s, and they charge for a pup cup!! Really…I’ve NEVER been to any drive through that charges for a pup cup!!! Every other one we’ve been through doesn’t. Give me a break!!!

Ordered two McFlurries was able to use the offer from the app for 50% off a McFlurry the employee at the window was very kind and allowed me to give him the code for the coupon at the window rather than when I gave my order I was having trouble getting it to load and he very well could have told me no… But he was happy to take the code. I didn’t spend a lot of time waiting in line there were three or four cars ahead of us when we first ordered and went to pull forward and we were in line for less than 5 minutes before we received our food. I normally can’t say such nice things about fast food restaurants but this was a very pleasant experience.

I did a mobile order for a sausage McMuffin with egg, which is more expensive than just the sausage McMuffin (obviously), but got home and there’s no egg in the sandwich. The only solution the store offered was to have me drive back and get a new sandwich. Uh, no. I have other things to do today. A better solution would be to credit the account for the egg at minimum, but the whole sandwich to keep the customer. Definitely not the fault of the employees, but the franchise owner/McDonald’s should be doing much better than this. Boo.

Update 11/25. They’ve gotten better. Still forget stuff frequently. They forgot bacon on my bacon quarter pounder today. Staff though have gotten friendlier. Less issues with Forgotten items.
1/29/23 update. Whoever handled the fries today needs to wear a hairnet. Found some clumps of hair in my fries and inherently my mouth. Whomever it is they are shedding.
Update. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese today. Paid 5 bucks for it. I got a sad little patty with no toppings. Im already long gone before i was able to even open my box.
Update. I ordered 2 mkchickens. Instead they got creative and created a new chicken mcdouble. I will say it was good though. My wife wasnt impressed since she didnt get one. I have never seen anyone combine two mcchikens into one before. I like it. Still wrong though. My wife is hungry and upset. Im happy and full laughing.
They get your order right half the time. Half the time i get home and im either missing stuff or it came out wrong completely.
Today i got a “big mac” that wasnt big and was hardly a mac. It was missing half the sandwich and almost no fillings. I didnt do any custom order on it either.
