Placed a $140 delivery order for 4 people. Only got half of the items delivered. Completely missed 1 whole order. My personal order was the ultimate trio (fried pickles, wings & pretzels), and everything was thrown into the bowl pictured. Pickles and pretzels were all covered with wing sauce and didn’t get any of the dips. The chicken broccoli alfredo order was about enough to feed a 5 year old. We are less than 5 blocks from the restaurant and everything arrived cold. Flavor was good however the fact that everything else was messed up will keep me from ordering from here again.

The service was mediocre and left much to be desired. The waiter always acted arrogant and when we ordered dessert, he brought us a triple chocolate meltdown with the ice cream completely melted. Even so, we let him know so he could give us another one and he laughed at us, telling us that it had melted on the way from the kitchen to the table.

Waited quite awhile when we walked in with no acknowledgement, finally seated as he acted as if it was a bother. Waited again before someone came. My friend wanted to order a coffee – nope, their coffee pot broke and not yet replaced. We ordered the prime rib dipper. The meat was too tough and fatty, we couldn’t eat much of it. The positive experience was our young server, she did the best she could. The males working then were grouchy and obviously didn’t want to be working. This is the last time I will be going there. A horrible, disappointing experience.

The food has gotten too be mediocre at best. My entree was so inedible, I decided to order dessert to try and salvage the meal. My caramel apple pie a la mode came with a ball of slush on top and no actual ice cream, except for a tiny cream spot at the top. It melted into yellow water around the hot apples. Yes apples, not pie.

Smelled like a truck stop bathroom when we first walked in and the food was not at all what I remembered. Safe to say I’m not going to Applebee’s anymore. It used to be my favorite. My sons didn’t even touch their food but I couldn’t blame them. The chicken strips look like dried out leftovers and a medium rare burger was just dry. My wife had a breaded chicken sandwich that she couldn’t bite into. Just disappointing. We just ended up stopping for food on our way home.

Two days in a row they failed to fulfill my order. Day 1 I didn’t get bacon on my sandwich. Day 2 I ordered the same sandwich and received onions instead of tomatoes and no bacon again. The grilled chicken sandwich wasn’t supposed to have onions.

Worst experience ever, staff let the table near us talk “smack”about us the whole time and even smiled at what they said while near our table. So called “manager” wouldn’t even talk to us. Would’ve been respectful if she(assuming she) started out respectful but they we’re very rude and unprofessional from the start so I didn’t hold back. First “lady” (not sure what they were but i try to use proper pronouns) claimed she was a manger but would not talk to me. 2 other “men” (again, not sure but I don’t assume, its 2026) talked to me after with similar results, so who really is the manager and who was lying. Very unprofessional staff

Absolutely horrible service! We waited for about 15 minutes and never got a waiter. We asked the host and he said one would be with us in just a minute and then asked again and still no waitress. Two employees were cleaning lamp shades and one was sitting at a booth on his phone. Not to mention the place was not busy at all! We eventually got up and left because we couldn’t get any service! Absolutely pathetic!!!
