Waited for 10 minutes to pick up my Uber order. Store wouldn’t let me come in or talk. No explanations was given why it took so long. I asked if I could speak to a manager. She gave me an attitude and yelled “I’m the manager” and left. Foods was soggy, shake was melted, potato tots was salty, and she forgot a straw for my shake. I couldn’t even drink my shake. Don’t ever go there and Aweful service under awful manager. Food quality were worst.

Excellent burgers. I ordered on the app, and they beat their estimated time. The food was hot, delicious, and correct. I always customize my orders, and they nailed it. Sonic’s double smasher is now may favorite hamburger!

This is considered “fresh” chicken. I was told that it would be a few minutes since they had to make the chicken fresh. It is burnt and hard as a rock, just like the fries that look like they are two years old.

Stopped here for a quick soda beverage. The app permits ordering in advance or on-site. I offer from my vehicle once parked. My beverage is delivered as requested and quickly. And the half price rewards are a bonus!!

Are y’all trying to kill people here? 2nd time at this location and this time was awful. 1st burger was undercooked and the remade one was as hard as a hockey puck! I didn’t even wanna go back to ask for a refund because I was gonna start yelling. Correct your staff and teach them how to cook a a dang burger.

For some reason, this Sonic seems to be one of the worst. Every time I’ve come, I’ve had to wait long periods of time to get my food. This time I had to wait 30 minutes. The food was cold. Why do we have to wait so long to get our food and for it to be cold. What that means is that they had it sitting there and they forgot about us. This is poor customer service. Also a potential health hazard.
