We arrived about 2 hours before closing and anticipated more of a selection than what was actually there. Honestly, that wasn’t what made the experience unfavorable but the demeanor of the cashier. The delivery was along the lines of take it or leave it and not a “hello, thanks for coming in! Unfortunately…”. We ordered anyway, and the select few have been photographed for this review. Also, the quality of the food isn’t exactly worth trying if you were thinking about stopping by for these items. Still behaved respectfully and thanked for the service.

This is the cutest little coffee shop ever! The two ladies were extremely kind, and the coffee shop had a great atmosphere and vibe to it. The coffee and donuts tasted delicious and extremely affordable!!! Great environment to catch up with friends bring your kids & bringing your coworkers some donuts!

Wonderful donuts when they have them in stock… idk how many times I’ve tried to get a specific kind of donuts for my kiddos and by the time I get there at 7:30am, they’re sold out for the day…. I have started ordering them online the night before since that seems to be the only way you’re going to be guaranteed to get the kind you want.
I was appalled when I got into the store this morning at 6:45am and those same donuts were not in stock. So I curiously asked if they had even made any for the day so I could see the practical time of when I needed to arrive to get these specific kind of donuts if I didnt order them online and was told they had already sold at even though they opened at 5….. So does that mean in the matter of an hour and 45 mins the entire batch is sold or are they online order only and not made in store?
In the middle of trying to ask one of the workers questions about what time to get there for these donuts or if online ordering was best, I was able to ask 1 question only before she laughed and just simply said, they sell out fast and then walked away to the other end of the counter to talk to the other workers instead and left me standing there. I just decided to walk out after that with no one saying thanks have a good day or anything. Really hope they consider better customer service and maybe making more of the high selling donuts… more product to sell means more money

Long time staple of the area. Don’t expect huge donuts or extravagant toppings. You’ll get high quality donuts, great service, a large variety of flavors, and the option to order the night before. Donuts are about 5 inches in diameter and they don’t have cream filled long johns. So many cream filled options though!

They are still the best donut in the city bar none. The have many flavors and are not boring on the taste buds by any means. Banna split and cookies and cream are my favorite. I ordered online and picked up yhe following morning I was in and out in amabe two min. The prices are great for the flavors and texture they are. Parking can be difficult. On e they run ought they close they close up shop.

I use to love coming to sugar and spice, they had some of the best doughnuts. I recently came here a few weeks ago and the doughnuts were literally half the size and they barely had any filling inside. I called back and they said the manager would call me back and I never received a call. Over $11 for a dozen doughnuts that were horrible. I will not be back.

Hadn’t been here in awhile, was glad when i was in the area to get some donuts as they USED to be awesome! What the heck happened…they are tiny, the filled donuts had barely any filling in them and seemed overcooked i guess? As they were dry & tough. VERY disappointed, will not be returning.

Sugar & Spice isn’t what it used to be. My boyfriend still enjoys a few basic long johns but we used to get up, get in line and grab donuts often but that isn’t the case anymore. The online ordering doesn’t really make much since to us. If we order ahead of time how are certain flavors not available? Also apparently the apple streusel donut has changed. It used to be a soft oval sized donut filled with apple and had just the right amount of streusel on top but now there’s barely any filling in it, the donut is covered in streusel and it’s no longer soft.
