Excellent food that’s a little spendy but as they say you get what you pay for. The very pretty waitress knew her job well and is definitely customer service oriented. She had the refills ready as or before I needed them. She also was a good conversationalist that knows the menu well. The food was great though the entre of chicken alfredo was a little bland for my liking. The appetizer of fried shrimp and calamari was very good. Though the dipping sauce was again a little bland. The desert though was perfect the Madagascar Vanilla Gelato with the Tiramitsu was the perfect finish to a great meal. The portions were perfect. The one negative about everything was the glass door to the restrooms was absolutely filthy and it should be the cleanest door and glass since it was the entry to the restrooms. That being said the ambiance was great, the decor inside was rich with an authentic Italian feel to it. The food was plated real nice as well. The menu had plenty of options as well.

Have come here a few times and LOVE LOVE LOVE it evrytime!! The most recent time was for valentines day and man do they have GOOD cocktails! I tried the valentine’s day special which was a gin and pomegranate cocktail…i still think about it to this day, it was SO delicious and pretty. My go to order here is the crab meat tortelloni, the sauce is lemony, buttery, and has the most perfect consistency for dipping French bread in and letting it soak up the sauce. If I was on death row the crab tortelloni and cocktail would be on my last meal list. Highly recommend.

Juliaaaaa!!!! My God today. This was my first time at this restaurant. I was on a Valentines Date with my lil boo and EVERYTHING was amazing. The short rib ravioli is to die for! I’m not a fan of mushrooms but when I tell you I devoured the dish! AAAAND I got the sauce to go because it was so good. Their wings, peach Bellini (frozen), mozzarella sticks, and meatball appetizer, were all amazing. Julia was our server and she was great! I would absolutely recommend this place. Also: I don’t care what they say, that caramel has bourbon in it! It was so potent! I’ll definitely be back!

Delicious selection of wood fired pizzas or the option to create your own 12 or 16 inch pie. The King Mike pie has both sausage & chicken! The daily pasta special with shrimp & crab was very good. The onion soup was delicious. The wait staff is very attentive & the manager visited our table because he remembered us from a previous visit. I wish they offered cannoli or cheesecake for dessert.

We had a great time at Candelari’s. The staff was helpful and very accommodating to my gluten allergy and they had a good amount of gf options. The food was solid too! It’s a bit on the pricier side, but other than that no true complaints!

Just about everything in this place is pure PERFECTION; heaven, heaven, heaven!!! I have been here 3 times over the course of 6 months, and the quality of everything has NEVER gone down. The owner is wonderful, the food is like heaven, the servers are excellent, the smell is absolutely divine,… EVERYTHING is absolute perfection!!!
Also, to those that wanted the shredded beef on the pizza to come back, the owner is considering putting that back as a sort of monthly special. Fingers crossed that goes through!

We came in for restaurant week. Absolutely love and recommend this restaurant! The service was amazing- our waitress was extremely thoughtful and made great recommendations to us. Our bar drinks were fantastic.The best item we had was their Margherita Pizza. Their tiramisu was perfection. 25/10 we will be back again.

my friend & I came here for Houston Restaurant Week for the $25 lunch. Everyone was pleasant & really nice! Service was pretty good. The portions were big for lunch size which I was impressed with. I had the Italian Meatballs which were yummy, just wish they came out a little hotter (in temp). My friend has the Caesar Salad which of course was great; can’t go wrong! For our entrees, I had the lasagna & my bestie had the chicken parm. Both super yummy & I will be back for the regular menu!

Delicious fun dinner with friends this week. Returned two days later with other friends for lunch. Staff super accommodating to substitute ingredients in meals. Good pizzas. Everything was really great! They make their own sausage, pizza dough and pastas.
