Got the number 5 and a cheesecake and it was good. The only issue I had was with the Sprite I got at first I thought it was because their syrup was running low. I told one of the employees and he was nice enough to give me a replacement from the fountain in the back but unfortunately it still tasted very off. The lady who took my order was very nice so the customer service was good. Lastly the dinning area was clean though my order was to go. The men’s restroom wasn’t the worst I have seen but it definitely could be better.

But consistency is an issue: sometimes the fries are cold or the order isn’t quite right. Service is usually friendly, though a little slow at peak times. The Prater location make the best 2-taco deal and burgers out of the other locations.
I do wish they would turn down their radio that plays overhead, especially when there aren’t any customers. It’s a bit too loud and echoey.

Visited from out of town and got some tacos and a sour dough jack plus a chicken sandwich The sourdough jack bread and bacon could have been fresher but other than that the tacos and new spicy mini tacos were as expected and a late night fav. The spicy loaded mini tacos come with lettuce and nacho cheese.

Short wait, good for fast food, I ordered a breakfast with sausage and got bacon. When I requested my appropriate meat I requested they took back the 3 bacons and gave me one sausage (which may be proper amount) and removed half my eggs . Its was weird.

So, I always like the taste of their food, that’s why I won’t give them less than a 3… But they just keep raising the prices for no apparent reason… I’m sure a lot of places are doing that, but it’s very obvious at Jack in the Box

Bathroom was a wreck. Tried to explain it to an employee they just ignored me. Then after sorting the bathroom so it was reasonable enough to use. The manager came banging on the door “howling this is the manager!”. Then after I was done, I came out, I asked for the manager and the employees kept asking why. I told them, they kept shaking their head no, and the manager finally came out yelled at me some more and said druggies are always screwing up the restrooms and it isn’t “my fault”. At the time I was very flustered with this. But looking back, I can sympathize but I would never eat, let alone go near a place like that. Think about it, they are in constant combat with druggies to the point that they are on edge that the next customer is a dangerous addict. No thanks.
