Cielito Lindo has been our go-to restaurant for years when we want a nice, comfortable place with good food that isn’t too expensive.
Their food and service are consistently excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is warm, vibrant and welcoming.

I ate here many years ago before moving away. Large menu with great options. I recently ate here again and was not disappointed. The did was excellent, the service was great and we had a nice time. The house margaritas were awesome. We both left full and satisfied. Only thing that could’ve been better was the salsa. While good, wish it would’ve had a little more cilantro.

Ive been coming here since i moved to the ozarks over 20 years ago! This place has the very best chile relleno on the planet! Trust me I’ve eaten them all over the U.S., hands down the best I’ve ever had! Also the quesabirria is prob the best dish in all of Springfield! Perfectly cooked, perfect flavor and the consomme’ is to die for! Delicious and best in the Ozarks!

Haven’t ate there in about 5 or 6 years. Definitely, major downfall. Used to taste good Fajita. taste like walmart brand seasoning Greasy Bad flavor. Chips taste like old cooking oil. Salsa needs more flavor Definitely, will not go back. Service was good food, 0 stars.

My experience was absolutely terrible and creepy. I had a young waiter who was a creep and was staring at my fiancé. I noticed and didn’t really care all that much. Later he walk over behind my back to where I couldn’t see him and gestured to my fiancé through a door for her to join him in a car that’s parked outside the door. My fiancé immediately told me that we need to leave and that she felt very scared and uncomfortable.
I called and complained and they told me that the waiter was drunk and that’s why he did what he did. The only problem with that excuse is, I didn’t smell any alcohol on him and he did not act drunk. I notified the police in case it was something more sinister, but to be honest, I think it was just a young perverted waiter being a creep. That behavior is not OK it’s disgusting. We went there to go on a date and enjoy a meal and we ended up having to leave because she was so creeped out.
Funny thing is, I have encountered issues at this location previously when me and my boss got called gay by the waiter because we were both men eating. Needless to say we are both not gay .

Well we asked if they had any specials on Tuesday and we ordered two of the specials. When we received the bill they had charged full price. The 2 servers we spoke to could not speak English and just kept laughing and acting like they couldn’t understand what we were saying. Never could get a manager to come out so we paid the bill and said we would not be back. Unfortunately the food ended up leaving both of us with a sick stomach so I wonder if they have a clean kitchen. If they don’t know English can they follow the rules for inspection? I do not recommend eating here. I see why they are a 3 star place. Thank goodness there are a lot of Mexican restaurants that are 4+ to choose from!

Food and drinks were amazing. The alcoholic drinks like the piña colada is amazing!
The female waiter is rude and not friendly. I’m mostly reviewing this on the Service and waiter. She was rude and never asked how our food was . I work in customer service and I know good and bad service and this was really bad , We gave her a bad tip cuz of her service. She never really came to our table! She also took forever with our card and it was overall bad service. We felt ignored and bad bad time .

The food was delicious. The staff did an amazing job keeping our large party happy and refills never stopped. I’m not sure, but we asked for guacamole and figured it would be a chunky fresh style. It seemed more like the instant guacamole from a tub.
