Ordered with my work place for lunch. This is what we got. Like what is this, a quarter of the bowl? Every single one of the bowls ordered was like this. It looks like a child’s serving size and definitely not what we paid 10-15$ per bowl for.

They could earn 5 stars easily but when we arrived more than half the tables were dirty and so was the floor. When we left, no one had cleaned any of it.
The food was great, no issues there at all and the employees were quick, although the cashier didn’t ask if we wanted anything to drink.
There was at least 6 employees, one on a meal break, and others kept wandering over to chat with the employee and their significant other instead of cleaning.

Every table was dirty, but my main complaint was that I waited over 40 minutes for my online pickup order that I never received. People that placed orders later than I did received their orders. I couldn’t wait anymore. They told me to call the 1800 number to cancel. Lucky, the customer service on the phone was incredibly kind and swift. I was able to speak to an actual person at 7:30pm on a Saturday night! This location needs some help.

The food was good but the atmosphere and service was kinda awkward. The lady wasnt very good she was doing my mom’s order touches the inside of her ear and didnt change gloves nor washed hands. The line was short but they were extremely slow. Also really under staffed aswell. The atmosphere seemed very depressing like the store was dying. The place isnt very hygienic i people having ear buds, they touched their faces a lot, didnt wash hands after every medium order or large or changed gloves.

Absolutely terrible experience and I’ll never order from here again. I made a cater order to this chipotle on 1/2/26 and spent over $250 on this order. When we went to pick up the order the cashier had no idea what the order was. I gave him the confirmation number and he still didn’t know. Finally I asked to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude and unapologetic. She stated they had an “emergency” and they would work on it now. When we finally got the food they were missing half the things the order was supposed to come with. Extremely upset and honestly lucky I got all my guests fed. This location is awful.

A few weeks ago I ordered Chipotle for the first time in well over a year, placed it for pickup around 530PM and when I got there there was a sign on the front door that they were closed until 7PM. So, why would it let me place the order?
Now today, I order a pick up for 1210PM. I get there at 12:08PM. They are visibly NOT understaffed and when I first walked in it was not busy. As the time passed more people were waiting for pick up orders. I waited, waited waited, until I finally asked the lady working the pick up line if they had my burrito ready- she said she would work on it. She continued to make multiple other orders ahead of mine, some for people who had pick up times after me. It was ONE BURRITO. I waited 30 minutes before I finally just walked out. Wasted my gas and my lunch going there. Nobody said “sorry running behind” or anything, just nothing. The customer service was awful. There was a cook in the food area on her phone while they’re backed up to all hell. There were people coming in through the regular line getting their food faster and finishing their meals while multiple people at the pick up line were still waiting. What is the point of placing a pick up order for a specific pick up time if its not going to happen even REMOTELY close to that time?
After my first bad experience here I gave them another chance, I know one off things happen. Now I know I won’t be changing them again.

Literally the worst dining experience I’ve had for years! So gross! We went there at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. There were only 3 other customers, but the entire place was absolutely filthy! Not one single clean table despite being almost empty! Every garbage was overflowing! They were out of both red salsa and steak… Their carnitas were dry and lacked flavor. They smeared guacamole on the outside of the burrito. ♂️ Their drink station was also a mess and out of lids. The chips were also stale and the other salsa lacked flavor (salt at least).
The chicken was actually juicy and tasted good, but not good enough to redeem all the negative aspects! Hard pass on stopping there ever again!

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location was a major disappointment. The indoor and outdoor dining areas were filthy – tables were sticky and full of food The floor was covered with food debris and garbage. The trash bins were not even out!. The counter where food is prepared looked messy and unkept. The employees were extremely rude. They did not have basic ingredients prepared. The ice machine was empty. It made me question the overall hygiene of the restaurant. I ended up leaving without finishing my meal. Cleanliness should be a basic standard–definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Placed an online order around 7:30 PM with a 15-minute pickup time. Showed up shortly after it was supposed to be ready and found a crowd of people waiting around for their online orders. We didn’t get our food for 45 minutes total.
When our order was finally made, it was quietly set on a random shelf—not the designated online pickup shelf—and no one called our name or said a word. If I hadn’t been closely watching the line and recognized what they were packing, we’d still be standing there. Same thing happened to the woman ahead of me—she had to go ask, and they just handed her a bag that had been sitting out.
Meanwhile, multiple people walked in, got in line to order, and left after seeing how painfully slow it was. Each burrito was taking 7–8 minutes to make. At that rate, you could starve while waiting.
Every table in the restaurant was filthy—covered in food, trash, and wrappers. Lemonades and juices were empty. No staff member acknowledged the delays, gave an update, or offered a simple apology. Every single table in this restaurant was dirty. Every garbage overflowing. Floor sticky EVERYWHERE. This was going to be my first time at *the* famous Chipotle (we don’t have this restaurant where I live) and there was no way I could eat the food there. If the kitchen was as filthy as the lobby, I had zero interest in the inevitable food poisoning from cross-contamination. AVOID.
