This restaurant is getting worse every day. I ordered three Happy Meals, and they were all frozen. The hamburgers only had the bun and no meat. I also ordered a McCrispy, and they did the same thing—just the bun and two pickles. The chicken didn’t even come with its sauce. Definitely terrible service.

Awful McDonald’s! They did this to me TWICE now, They only fill cups less then halfway for their slushies and also the hot fudge sundaes and then have the nerve to allow uber eats to deliver their sorry items that they are too you lazy to fill! Called them to complain and Japanese/Chinese lady wouldn’t even offer replacements to us! Beware of this McDonald’s because you will not get what you pay for! The food was COLD too for a big $90.00 order! They don’t care and need quality control and better management! Thumbs down You might as well close down! Worst McDonald’s ever!

Wish I can give negative star, the Spanish people at midnight is very rude, the store hours say 24hrs. I work midnight shift so I tried to go up there on break and the store is was down for 45min when the one Spanish person is working. I put a mobile order in and when I tell her I don’t know how to cancel she tell she can help in the morning or come back a different day, now I have to call the bank a dispute it. I contact customer about 4 times for the same person but nothing changes, she very rude, I have picture of her just sitting there on her phone instead of trying help me cancel the order so I can leave. This women should be fire very rude every time i come here.

I just ordered a large iced coffee for curbside pick up. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The mobile ordering is super easy. They always make my coffee perfectly. The only issue is that I had to wait almost 10 minutes just for coffee, but I do understand they were extremely busy, and I am very patient. And they did apologize for the wait, which does go a very long way. However, the businesses next to them have their trash all over the McDonald’s parking lot. Which isn’t fair to them to have to clean up. Just my opinion.

If I could give yall a zero I seriously would. I sent my brother in there to get 3 happy meals for my children ALL of which were cold as hell, the lady that served my brother also on top of that was RUDE as hell, telling my brother “oh make sure you have the right order number next time” like that’s what we were given and on top of that she haven us the WRONG tinytans as well and tried to exchange them and she told us “well you get what you get bye” like I’ve never been so disrespected and I will be contacting higher ups. Just wow.

I have had numerous issues with the McDonald’s my food uncooked thru and the managers in the night shift have a very bad attitude the way the talk to customers is very rude this restaurant need to improve their customer service and they also need to pay attention to the orders this is the good way to loose business poor customer service.

I ordered 3 breakfast meals 2 weeks ago each one of my breakfast sandwiches were over cooked or old, I called in regards to this and asked to speak with someone of higher seniority the young lady wouldn’t provide her name which I knew who I was conversing with because I have been going to this McDonalds for 12 years. I have made it my by to know each manager or supervisor I was also very familiar with employees as well, she not one time apologized just said “bring me back my food and I’ll give you the money” I told her I was already on the highway to Glen Burnie I definitely took pictures. Received a call from some guy name Marrow he done absolutely nothing sent my receipt and food he didn’t respond or say how the issue could be resolved

I was here to get so breakfast and for my drink I asked for a large half & half. So the lady in the picture fixed it and I told her it taste water down and that when she decided to change the Lemonade which you can see her doing in the picture. It’s just common sense she knew when she was making my drink the lemonade was empty but she still decided to give it to me. If you wouldn’t drink that mess why serve it to me?

The service staff are as MEAN as they come.they are SLOW. They are the WORST. Will never use that location again. I usually use Martin Plaza where I am treated by a smile and hot food. Here “go to next window” is all they have learned to say. Don’t do it. “next window” is a is a lonely place with no signs of life.

They asking every driver to confirm the order and showing them the phone
Its not about asking to confirm the order but the way they asking makes you feel like a thief
I will never accept any orders again from this location
