My fiance and I are from out of town. Driving over the mountain we started getting hungry. Stopped at the McDonald’s for a QUICK bite turned into a nightmare. We were in the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting on a simple snack. Nuggets and fries. What the hell we could have went and sat down at a respectable place to eat and served in a timely manner. Do not go to McDonald’s in buffalo. It’s even worse than the worst. Rated -0

I am not sure what to say… this is the worst McDonald’s on the planet..and they are everywhere. I rarely eat fast food or McDonald’s.. you are what you eat.. I do though buy it for others go there for coffee.. never go here. In Buffalo well the employees are just rude. I have never been anywhere where people are this miserable. Im shocked. Seriously Annie Douggie the lady who works drive thru handing out food ..awful.. and really missing 2 items cold coffee.. ordered on app at 8..handed food at 852 like im bothering them.. never again will I go there. You are representing the happiest place on earth..Disney..act like you are happy !

I would rate this mc Donald’s a 0 star if I could. My orders placed either on the app or in store, are constantly wrong. There are frequent issues such as missing items or incorrectly prepared meals. It seems that this located never misses the opportunity to disappoint their customers.
The manager seems to lack attention to detail, and this attitude reflects in the staffs performance. It’s surprising that one of Americans largest fast food chains fails to meet the high standards set by other locations. The ongoing lack of care is truly unbelievable.

Ordered thur app to pickup- had to wait about 30mins to finally get food! No fries in the bag that I ordered & used reward point for 1 of them, not happy. Hard to turn around & go back in a cattle truck- already wasted 30mins on waiting for food. Do better people….

Yesterday in the drive thru at 11am,I waited 30 minutes from the time of putting my order in until receiving my Cold Food, had to give my fries to my dog because they were un edible, and this was only a #9 , unreal, and it’s not the first time, I could have gotten food faster at most other restaurants in town… worst McDonald’s in the state

You would think, based on the number of poor ratings this place would improve. The lobby was empty, maybe 6 cars in line, still took 20 minutes for my order, it also didn’t help that the kid taking my order was incapable of giving change without the register. My total was $17.92, I handed him a $20, he was too quick and it said $2.08, I handed him a dime, the look of shock on his face, you’d have thought I handed him a live snack.

The cashier wouldn’t even say more than a one word answer to anybody if at all. The larger female manager in the back telling at employees with in ear about of customers. Made for a generally hostile environment.

Let me preface by saying I travel a lot. I was driving across Wyoming and being the small town feel it is nearly impossible to find food late at night. We called around with nearly everywhere but gas station food being closed. I looked and found this McDonald’s to still be open but closing soon. Let me tell you, the three dark haired ladies and the one guy (I believe manager or supervisor) working were so kind. I ordered quite a bit of food and they didn’t even shrug at it. Instead she let me know it would be just a bit because she needed to make up some fresh food. I then watched as they made all fresh new fries and other food items for us. I really appreciate the kindness and customer service they provided! There was also a gal cleaning the lobby and it was great! She had just closed down the soda machine and was cleaning it thoroughly. It was a really refreshing experience overall!
