Hi there,
I’m sorry for the lateness on this, I’ve just been busy lately. I hate to be sending you this email, however, when my wife and I ordered Applebee’s for the Super Bowl we were very disappointed. We’ve never had a bad experience til now. I’ve included pictures in this email as well of the food and our receipt.
To be brief here are our complaints. They gave us hardly any fries, they gave us hardly any pie on the dessert, wings were dry, quesadillas were thin, we’re pretty sure they put alcohol in my pregnant wife’s mocktail, and they gave us kids sizes for our drinks that should’ve been a normal size. When I asked the bartender why he said that they don’t have big to cups; he didn’t offer a portioned refund and when I asked if they could put the rest of what should’ve been left in other smaller cups he declined. We were very upset this night and are hesitant to return for a visit. We hope this will change back to how 9/10 visits have been.

The restaurant was nice, neat, and look good. My dish is delicious, taste was great & the chicken is tender. But It took a while for the dishes to come but it was hot & delicious. Look like they lacked staff during lunch. Me & my boss have a good conversation about our business while enjoying our lunch.

I rarely leave negative reviews, especially as someone who has worked in the restaurant and bartending industry, but this was honestly the worst service I’ve experienced. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 full, yet we were seated twice and waited nearly 30 minutes without ever being greeted or even offered water. Staff behavior also felt very unprofessional, we witnessed employees making gestures signaling they didn’t want more tables in their section. A little communication or basic hospitality would have gone a long way. Very disappointing experience, not to mention this isn’t our first negative experience at this particular location.

Stopped here for dinner with the in-laws. Place was pretty empty and got sat right by a crying baby (oh well) and also back by the kitchen. The baby happened to let loose and got to smell that. And everytime the kitchen opened we got sandwiched between the baby smell and the extra curricular cooking (marijuanas) being done in the kitchen. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Our waiter Carl was a champ and at least trying but everything else was bad. Looking at the faces of the other people there at the time, we weren’t the only ones not thrilled with the service.

Horrible service, wait staff and management were very rude the second we walked in the door. We walked into a pretty much empty restaurant at 5 on a Saturday and was told they couldn’t set us because the kitchen was backed up, which we understood, we were ok to wait 15 minutes. We went to the bar to grab a drink, the bar tender rolled his eyes and said it’s going to be a while as he’s busy making drinks for the entire place. He didn’t talk to us again for 10 minutes but continued to complain about his job to everyone. After about 30 minutes we went back up front to see if we could get a table, the girl rolled her eyes and walked away not saying a single word to us. We finally got a table and decided collectively we probably shouldn’t eat at this establishment between the workers attitudes, the sticky floor and the overall cleanliness we left without eating and will never go back.

I went here at 7:40 PM for dinner. Stood there for 5 minutes before someone came to the podium. Other employees ignored me. She looked upset and told me “we have a 25 minute wait”, even though the restaurant only looked like it was 25% full and no one was waiting. I left and went to the Applebee’s at the mall. That one is far better. This Applebee’s gets irritated if they have customers after 7 PM. Has happened to me more than once.

This place was honestly so bad. Food, service, and bar was absolutely horrible almost 40 minutes for a simple meal. Under poured our drinks. The employees were complaining about their job. My food was cold practically and just wrong all together. The recipes weren’t the same as the other establishments. This is not okay you go to a restaurant to be served food and kindness not gossip and trash. The health department needs to get involved they need to be fixed or shut down.

I went there on my Birthday evening 10/13/2025 for my dinner the host told me and my friend we couldn’t sit in a booth for the bartender view and the host told us we couldn’t sit there ended up moving us to a table and moving us to a table and my friend ordered a appetizer and I ordered a meal. I understand that an appetizer comes before a meal the sever didn’t ask us if we wanted my friends food come out the same time my food came out.

The music fits the environment very well. The fries were well seasoned, and the burger was cooked as desired. The service was great as we were checked on regularly and were very understanding of our desires. The oreo shake was also much better than anticipated, would recommend!
