Stopped into this Wendy’s while traveling to Nashville and getting off the interstate for a quick bite. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms, which is always appreciated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and everyone had a smile—you could tell they genuinely enjoyed working there.
Our food came out quickly and was fresh off the grill. The burgers were hot and exactly what you expect from a Wendy’s—good quality and well prepared. The overall upkeep of the restaurant was excellent.
Would I recommend this location? Absolutely. If I lived in the area, I’d probably eat here more often. Even though it was just a quick stop, everything checked the boxes for a solid, well-run fast-food restaurant.

Fresh food and friendly staff. Place was very clean. After the food was ready it took us some time to collect, probably the staff was not sure to call out after the order was ready, but in my app it said food was picked. Overall nice experience.

I was traveling with my husband and my cousin and her husband. My cousin was ahead of me in line and was having a problem understanding what the person behind the counter was saying. Now granted this person behind the counter had a thick accent.But that’s not what bothered me. When you work in a customer service environment and you don’t have an easy accent to understand, you need to pronunciate better, especially if they’re asking again to find out what you’ve said. This woman only repeated what she said, just as quickly, as of my cousin should understand her. This happened several times until I jumped in the conversation and helped. It was awkward and my cousin was frustrated by the time she got her food. The food was excellent. But I don’t know if I would want to go back.

The doors were locked in the lobby due to being understaffed on Labor Day. The floor was dirty. The Baconator was good. The fries were cold. Overall the food was okay

Great familiar place to stop while traveling. Service is friendly and fast. Dining room is decent sized with outdoor seating. Food was hot and everything ordered was correct. May have to stop here on the way back.

Welp yet again my burger was made wrong doesn’t even matter that I say only the buns patty and bacon nope there’s always ALWAYS other condiments on IT! LIKE HOW!? For the love of Dave Thomas HOW!? On May 31, 2025, I did an online order at Wendy’s Restaurant in Cave City, KY at 2:24 pm the money was deducted from my account but when my fiancee and I got to the restaurant. We were told I didn’t have an order so I reordered the items and was again charged a second time and we went to pick the second order up the employee running the cash register tried to say Again I didn’t have an order but she pushed a button on the register and my receipt popped out with the items listed. I dispute the first order with my card and I called Wendy’s in Cave City to let them know that I disturbed the first order and that I had proof it was taken off my card along with the second order. I’m so glad and happy that Wendy’s Restaurant did refund the money back on my card. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you resolving this issue.
