We door dashed Taco Bell. We ordered the tostadas and the beans on it looks frozen and not cooked properly. For the beans, this has never happened to me but I’m very disappointed with receiving uncooked beans.

I’m concerned about the level of cleanliness at this Taco Bell location. While preparing food, a manager was handling her phone without washing her hands before returning to work. This is unsanitary and not acceptable for a food establishment. I hope management addresses this issue and improves hygiene practices.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Taco Bell was disappointing enough to warrant one. The service was incredibly slow, even though there were only a few cars in the drive-thru. When I finally got my order, half of it was wrong, and the food that was correct was cold and poorly assembled. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, barely acknowledging customers and making no effort to fix the mistakes. The dining area wasn’t much better—tables were dirty, and the trash bins were overflowing. I understand fast food isn’t gourmet, but basic cleanliness and customer service should still be a priority. Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

THE OVERNIGHT CREW IS TIP-TOP!! I know that only two individuals’ were upholding the Taco Bell service standard. Weds night 10/1.(12a to 3a) .an average of 24 customers’ per hour were either delivered or rec’d takeout.. as a Dasher, it is phenomenal that even though someone called in sick, these (2) associates became the hardest working, most dedicated, customer service focused crew members I have ever met!!! Great job y’all were on ! I came back to the store (4x) each time: the line was around the building, this crew stood tall and tackled it. I wish I’d gotten their names!!! Those 2 heroes helped me delicious to 4 different people in one hour…and one was in Priceville. Y’all keep rocking on

Never had a bad experience here, I usually order online around midnight and the team working it is always on top of my order, no matter if they have enough workers or not. Workers are friendly despite the late hours and the food’s always right, they’ve saved my late night cravings dozens of times, shout out to them

Got short changed. Change due was 12.94, they gave me 12.90 back and told me that they don’t have pennies. If you are going to stop keeping pennies in stock and round change, 94 cents should round to 95. It’s just 4 cents from me, but it adds up over all the customers they are “rounding” change from. I know it’s a petty grievance, but it’s my petty grievance.

This was bad every thing I asked for I didn’t get. I never had a problem with taco bell before. They even asked me to check the screen. Still got it all wrong. Charged for extra meat, to make it Supreme, asked for soft tacos, etc. Just all wrong. Didn’t even bother. Smh…
