What in the world? I ordered through the mobile app and get in line at the time it said it would be ready. Waited, no joke, 25 minutes. And the milkshake obviously melting and gross on the counter. She remade it but they had her taking orders, working the window and making the food?? I saw her lift up the fry basket and remake my shake. Very bizarre experience. How can you handle money and cook at the same time without some kind of code violation?

I’m there almost everyday for a jamocha shake. They are absolutely addicting. The roast beef sandwich isn’t bad either.

Okay, I love food, but i’m going to be honest with you on this one. Arby’s claims that they got the meat, but it sure doesn’t feel or taste like it. We have gone there twice. And both times it’s been a letdown. The roast beef feels like steamed ham. It looks gray, and it doesn’t taste right. The burgers were robbery and kinda bland. And the place looks a little dingy, and run down. It’s just not the place to go, not for me.

Terrible customer service. Called twice only to have breathing on the other end. I ordered for delivery at 8:50 and 45 mins later, and my 6th uber eats driver finally told me they aren’t taking orders anymore. Absolutely stupid that they are able to take my money and say they are open. And continue to be open for 2 and a half hours after I place my order, yet can’t actually provide me with the food I paid for.

Fish sandwich was so good. Hot right out of the fryer. Fish piece was large, fried to perfection with a crispy outside and moist fish inside. Would highly recommend.

I was disappointed in my most recent experience at the Arby’s on Hall Blvd at Greenway in Beaverton. The brisket sandwich was very thin on meat – new motto should be, “We have the meats, and we keep them.” Probably less than an ounce of edible meat vs brisket fat. The gyro was really pitiful, sort of like they had a new hire policy to see who could prepare the worst looking and tasting gyro available on the west side. I haven’t had any problems with the Cedar Hills location but thought I’d try the closer location. The policy seems to be keep the customer at the drive thru window no matter how long it takes to prepare bad food.

My Husband Raved about the steak bites when he first tried them, so we stopped by for a snack on the way home.
The young Human at the drive through was SUPER distracted and in a hurry for us to give the order. Very quickly he asked what we wanted to order. Even though my Hubs began his order with “For starters I’d like to have” the Young Human only heard the steak bites. Hubs said TWICE he would like an order of Mac n cheese. Dude still, did not hear it.
Got to the window and once the young humans finished talking at the wondow noticed we were there and sure enough, only received the steak bites. Hubs asked for the M & C, dude told co worker to go get it and it took quite some time.
The worker again, in a rush thrust the bag out his window and showed disdain it was jot taken quickly enough, by shaking the bag.
Later, as hubby began to eat the steak bites, he mentioned they were better the first time. Maybe it was just the experience or the, attitude of the workers. There will be no more visits here for a while.

So i place a mobile order for pickup. The lobby is closed until further notice. I am then forced to WALK THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AS A PEDESTRIAN. Why was the in store pickup still enabled, and what manager tells a pedestrian to go through the drive through…
