I’m not the kind of person to post negative comments but I just had to. We had ordered 3 steak chalupas but what we got was empty chalupas just a few bits of steak. They had the audacity to say they watched all the orders come out and everything it was coming out as it was supposed to. But as you can see from the reviews it says otherwise. We just wanted our refund back. We are not from Bastrop. We live in the Del Valle area. It’s too far to go back or we would have returned the food. Very upset we wasted money for this kinda service.

Pretty abysmal, even for a Taco Bell restaurant. Didn’t get my order correct on the first try, and then gave me a quesadilla that wasn’t even cut into the standard wedges. This location has always been inconsistent but this is ridiculous.

EDIT: DO NOT COME HERE – just wanted to touch back on 10/26/2025 – still don’t come here after the dining room is closed, they are incompetent. – notice how ownership and management doesn’t comment anymore? They don’t care – DO NOT COME HERE – Do not come here at night after the dining room is closed. They will 100% get your order wrong. They have managed to get every. single. order. wrong in the past month I’ve been going there. It’s absurd. It’s like they can’t read simple instructions and follow them. Seems to be complete idiots with no attention to detail.

I truly hope this finds someone if you have food allergies do not go to this Taco Bell. They specifically ignore your requests and your specifications you want I had asked for no tomato on just about all of my items and every single one of them had tomatoes AND other random pieces of stuff off the prep table…..yall disappoint me honestly it’s been like almost two years sense I have willingly been like “hell yea I want Taco Bell” I just sigh and pray yall give enough of a crap to at least READ

They only do orders on the app or monitor. Took 5 minutes to get helf. They knew we were there. They didn’t care. What I ordered, the employee had trouble finding. How in the hell was i supposed to find it. Too automated.

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order through the app and clearly listed my allergy restrictions, but none of them were followed. Because of this, I couldn’t eat any of my food. I submitted a complaint through the app, and instead of handling it professionally, the manager repeatedly called my personal phone number, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When I finally responded, I was promised a gift card as an apology — but I never received it, nor was I refunded for the inedible order. Completely unacceptable customer service. Do better, Bastrop.

When they get the order right, it is pretty good.
My order is right probably every third time I come here. Really need to focus on getting orders done correctly. Especially if they are gonna charge you for extra sauce and toppings then not put it on there.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been…. If you want good food you definitely not gonna find it here . Ordered 3 steak chalupas and what I got was chalupa shells with sour cream and vegetables and literally 3 tiny pieces of steak also ordered a steak quesadilla with extra steak what I got was literally a cheese quesadilla one piece of steak in each paid 28.53 plus I round up 47 cents to donate not worth it. Just warning everyone on this location check your food before you drive off or just don’t go to that location.
