I loved this visit. Waitlist was half the stated time and service was super friendly. Chilis has always been revolutionary and super adaptive to me. They always have new deals, new dishes, and other stuff that is enticing.
The ONLY thing that was not great about this visit was the tale of the soggy chips. The appetizer, despite them being free with “my” membership (lol it’s not mine), was a wet fest. Chips and salsa are 2 ingredients and that only. I did not ask for water surprise on top for them to be super soggy.
Honestly, I had a great time so this isn’t as much as a complaint as it’s a way to fill up the character requirement for more Google maps points.

The food is meh. $17 for a quesadilla is overkill. But my toddler son LOVED the mashed potatoes–and everything else we ordered. So that’s all that matters to me. Plus the staff were all very very polite! We were greeted with smiles the entire visit. For that, we will definitely be returning. Thank you for being kind!

Lunch we ordered cheese burger and fries with a Buffalo chicken salad. Service was good waitresses was very pleasant and quick looked like she had about 7 tables and she was still on top of everything. The Buffalo chicken salad was good not overly hot and the blue cheese cut the heat nicely. The burger was a good size cooked perfectly. The fries were soft and dark seemed to me that it was time to change the oil. The place needs a good cleaning.

Our server was very nice and tentative, did come over as soon as I took a bite but thankfully my husband answered any questions she may have had for us. My burger was good. I just had a little problem with how greasy it was I’m a stickler for it so don’t go by what I say try it yourself because they really do have good burgers. Hey guys please keep up on the bathrooms..that’s all I’ll say about that

This has been our most unfortunate dining experience, and we don’t ask for much. Our server forgot our apps and brought the entrees instead, then tried to apologize and bring the apps. We declined them. Add ons were also missing from some entrees. Steaks were overcooked. I had to walk around the restaurant to find salt and pepper myself sitting on a host stand. Upon checking out, we noticed that our server also tried charging a single cocktail drink twice the actual price by ringing it up incorrectly. We are diners that have taken pride in tipping as many of us have worked in the industry ourselves. We took no joy in stiffing this server on a $150 tab, however the miscues never stopped coming. Hopefully this establishment sees this review and considers further training or other resolutions to stop similar experiences from happening to others.

I have dined at Chilli’s fir 20+ years… mostly in California… however, I moved to the east coat last year. Since then I have visited this location of Chilli’s practically 2 times a month. This particular location has always lived up to my expectations. Every time I have loved the food… it’s always prepared fresh (considering that I am a vegetarian… they have always explained whether the entrees have meat or not)..: and I love the servers here too as they’re really friendly and always smiling. I will surely keep on going here a lot. They do have a lot of healthy options too.

Will have to go back when there is better staffing. Everybody was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. There was a half hour wait even though 60% of the tables were empty.
The food came out as ordered. The bacon burger was overcooked, the bacon was burnt and crunchy and the bun looked like somebody sat on it. The chicken and chocolate chip cookie were good. Would of sent the burger back but everybody knows what happens after that. Hopefully they hire more people and we can give it another try.

The new Secret Sauce Burger was really good and cooked just the way we asked. The Big Mouth sliders and roasted street corn were delicious as always. And the grilled chicken salad was tasty and huge. The prices were pretty decent considering the amount of food and inflation.

Waitress a little blah and basic… But was fairly pleasant and served our needs. My daughter got a chicken quesadilla and I got a bowl of chili and a salad and we shared fried pickles for an appetizer. The appetizer was fine, and my daughter loved her chicken quesadilla… She could not eat it all so we brought the rest of that home. My chili was good in the fact that it had a ton of meat in it but I will say it was the saltiest chili I ever had. Sadly I don’t think I will ever order it again because the salt really spoiled it. My Caesar salad was quite generous but the dressing on it tasted more like mayonnaise than Caesar dressing. The restaurant itself is very clean and a nice location and we would probably come back but I know I personally will order some thing different.
