I know this is one of those chain restaurants and they can be a hit or a miss but this establishment is a hit. The service was outstanding. Our waiter Natalia was very attentive and she was very helpful. They did not skip out on the delicious bread either. The food was delicious as well. I got the NY strip with the beef barley soup and broccoli. My wife got the Salmon and shrimp. Both meals were cooked to perfection and were quite savory. I totally recommend this place if in the area.

My sister is turning 50.. my husband is turning 47. And we came out to celebrate and it was better than we thought .. it was freaking fantastic!!
Sarah was our waitress and she is phenomenal!! We got the best treatment and everyone had such a great time!!
Couldn’t ask for more!! It was a party from start to finish! You come here for the experience and the smiling faces. And you leave full and completely satisfied!!
Everyone here works together and they are all smiling ! The manager must know how to treat their employees.. the food is also freaking Awesome! Kudos to the whole Staff!!!

The customer service here is amazing
The food is good. The bread was a little hard or old unfortunately with nonbutter-butter. But the salad is nommy. The chicken and the mash potatoes were good. Comfy booths. Nice lighting. The coconut shrimp was a little over done but also good. Everything was made better because of the exceptional customer service. Thank you for being so efficient and kind.

1st time here and more likely lasts… the food was good, the service was okay, it’s just that the prices are too high. We didn’t order no appetizers, no special drinks, nothing extras, and for a family of 5, we spent $180- not including tip either… yeah, it didn’t win me over. It’s definitely overpriced for what we had.

It was clean and the hostess friendly. My wait staff was pleasant and attentive but it took forever to get the food out, the loaf bread has gotten smaller in size, and they forgot to bring us our potatoes BUT did make up for it with a brownie….that was hard. We have decided to make this off our to go to list because the economy is rough and if I am spending my money, I want the full service. To many competitors to continually have to half like my outing….that I pay for. The Cajun sauce is to watery for the tawoomba

I walked in with a couple of guys who were very hungry. Our server was Adrian, and he was super fun to talk to, and knowledgeable about their menu. They overcooked the steaks we ordered, but they were very accommodating and we ended up eating the best steak of the day. Their Boomerita was delicious, specially the watermelon. We will be going back to this location.

My grandson and I went here on February the 7th. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, not bad for a Saturday night. Neither one of us had ever been to an outback steakhouse before. There isn’t one in the town I live in. We ordered a blooming onion which was awesome.

We both ordered bone-in ribeyes with mashed potatoes. My grandson enjoyed the bread; I didn’t eat any. Our steaks were medium rare and when mine came out it was cooked properly, however it was tough. When his came out it was medium well. He sent it back. It took 30 minutes to get a medium rare steak out of the kitchen. When it came out it was cooked properly and it was hot. I had already finished my meal so I just sat with him while he ate.

When the bill came, I was charged for three steaks. The one I ate, the one he ate, and the one he sent back. I told the waiter who got the “manager “. She came out, looked at the bill, and
disappeared into the kitchen for about 30 more minutes. When she came out she told me the regular manager was not there, which I found a little strange on a Saturday night being the busiest
night of the week in the restaurant business, and that she did not have access to the system that allowed her to void the ticket. She cut me a new ticket with the extra steak off of it. That took about
another 20 minutes. When she came out again she saw that I had a veterans hat on and said you didn’t get your veterans discount I’ll be back. She came back about another 20 minutes later with
10% off my bill.

It is now February the 16th. I filed a complaint with outback.com, they gave me a case number, and I have heard absolutely nothing back from corporate or the management of the restaurant. The bill
with the three steaks on it is still showing up on my credit card statement.

UPDATE: It is now Feb 17th. I did what Outback’s response required and sent them my review above via their website. I also called their corporate office again with my case number and STILL no response.
