This was yesterday around around 6pm I repeated 3 times what kine bread I wanted to the girl who was doing sandwich but she still didn’t hear me and give me a different bread ♀️ and the other girl she was working with after giving me my order and pay they started laughing and I don’t know why they laugh when I left the store bad employee be more professional to there customer. Lucky to those 2 ladies I didn’t get there names.

September 15 2023 @10:40am there was 3 workers who wasn’t wearing name tags! Where horrible customer service! And had me waiting in the lobby while they were all in the back and not being helpful to me at all! They were rude to not only me but another guy! They had the worst customer service ! And honestly they weren’t wearing aprons and their hair did not have caps on and the lady was touching all this bread with no gloves ! Filthy they should be fired bc they were lazy and was not doing there job!

Go here every Friday, great sandwiches and cookies. Wait time is a coin toss as some times there’s 3 people on staff and others there’s just 1 or 2, but I was able to get out fairly quickly. Overall, very cool.

It wasn’t busy at all. Except this one guy whom I saw wen I first entered and didn’t acknowledge me or anything. Then a sweet local lady came out and she was friendly and took my order.

I ordered a salad and this subway was so stingy on the amount of lettuce they put in the salad. One handful….really. My husband ordered a 6 inch sub and got more lettuce. When I asked to get more lettuce, the lady put a “pinch” more in. It didn’t even filled 1/2 the bowl. For how much I pay, the stinginess is very bothersome. I definitely don’t recommend this subway for salads.

The service sucks here. Beyond terrible. We’ve lived all around America and this is by far the worst. Two tomatoes on my footlong? For real? Hire some people that smile and care. Sure it’s a part time job, but get someone with a little personality. Also, you’re the only subway that puts one veggie patty in my wrap. Everywhere else is two. Put some money into training so your employees know what is actually correct. This subways blooooooows!

Not sure of the reasoning behind this but they have no pepperoni. None at all. I was told they haven’t been ordering it. Doesn’t make a lot of sense considering two sandwiches on the menu require that as one of the meats. Spicy Italian and Italian BMT.

This has to be the worst Subway on the whole island. Customer service is non-existent, new hires are usually pretty good, but the old ladies are always rude. This has been going on for years. PLEASE HIRE NEW PEOPLE ASAP!!!
