I went inside to have breakfast with my kids before a dr appt. We stood there for like 10mins. One guy apologized twice saying he would get to us in a sec that they were the only 2 ppl there. The other guy ignored us the entire time until another older looking guy walked in the backdoor. He walked to the register and looked at us. He looked like the manager. Then he and the other guy left out the backdoor. I waited a few more mins as one employee tried running the drive thru and help us. I decided to leave and just get breakfast elsewhere. As I loaded my kids in the car to leave I see the older guy get in his car and start smoking. I’m not sure what was going on but I highly recommend someone from corporate come and evaluate the employees slacking at this establishment. It’s unprofessional and not a good look where customers leave without being served.

Stop to get a bite to eat got a kids meal. The cheeseburger it was dry with Ketchup pickles extra pickles . There was white stuff on it I had to smell it. The bread was hard. The fries was cold so disgusting. Prefer Wendy’s on the north. When I go back it’s only for frosty not no food at this one ugh!!! I pick around it

Waited for 5 min at the speaker, so long in fact i thought possibly they didn’t know i was there, i finally said hello and they said it’ll be a few minutes. Notably there was only two of us in like at this time. Maybe they were short staffed.
They said the nuggets would take 7 minutes, i didn’t mind waiting at all honestly it the food is good, i know how it can be.
But somehow the fries were old and soggy ( even though i waited for the nuggets to be fried maybe they should have thrown the fries in there too) and the burger buns were hard and stale with hardly any condiments, on sad display. It was bad enough i took one unappealing bite of a fry and trashed all my food. Didn’t even bother trying the burger. I was told the strips that were fresh were good.
Honestly don’t go, what a waste of time and money.

If i could do this without selecting stars, I would. Stopped here Feb 2 at 910pm. Walked up to the counter as the girl and guy that were there, walked away. The guy working the grill had buzzers going off, and look over to say someone will be right with you. Watched one girl turn the fryer timer off, then walk over to the register where we stood. Did not say anything word. Grabbed cookies and walked away. Watched the two who WERE at the register laugh and have fun in the back…. stood there for about 10 minutes and as we looked at the dirty counters, sloppy food prep areas, dirty floors and decided we weren’t waiting around. Drove down the road a bit to chik fil a and got steller service in a clean atmosphere.

The employees there were absolutely rude. If you hate you job so much that you throw the food on the counter saying here your border and walk away immediately, then get mad when you ask for ketchup and make hateful gestures, you should probably find another line of work. I’ll never go back.

We have always been a very big fan of Wendy’s! We know if we want a fresh yummy burger~ not old~ we have to get it from Wendy’s, and at any hour. Well, we just ordered 2 doubles n one small shake~ the burgers were disgusting!!!! I threw mine away~ my son played w/ his an reluctantly ate it! They DID NOT bring our shake. What a horrible deal! A complete waste of our money, and trust! Big disappointment

JBC meal deal. Burgers ok but cold, hard bacon, and one hard tomato. Fries were cold and old. Ordered a diet dp but not sure what I actually got. Would not eat here again. Boo.

Absolutely horrible experience. It’s 10:19pm on 22 January 2024. We pull up to Wendy’s and menu board lights are off. This OBVIOUSLY Leads you to believe the place is closed. After waiting about 1.5 Minutes and saying “Hello” a few times we finally get someone to the window with lousy customer service. Upon waiting for our food for about 8 minutes we receive the following…: see picture.

Host David provided an excellent customer service. The whole crew had a positive attitude and were efficient.
David recommended a really spicy new hot sauce, and I loved it. We will be visiting Wendy’s more often from now on.

I went to try the new saucy nugs on my way home. The sign clearly read make it a combo $1
But when I got to the window it was a few dollars more. I tried to tell the cashier that the price didn’t match the sign and she was rude to me. She got a manager and the manager told me I read the sign wrong. I said maybe so I’m going to pull around and relook at it before I leave. Paid the increased price for my food. Manager said she would go look at sigh. As I got my food I’m fairly sure I saw the manager person leaving in their car. I drove back around and took photo of sign and the workers inside got on the line telling me I was wrong and I stayed I’m taking a photo to show you. I could hear workers insulting me over the speaker. I checked with another Wendy’s and their sign had correct amount to make a combo. I was told at the other Wendy’s a general manager would call me but haven’t so far. I went by today and the sign is not corrected with right price of around $4 to make it a combo but they sure did delete the $1. Wendy’s has not contacted and apologized for insulting me or manager saying they would look but really not caring.
