Ordered and got charged for 1 coffee and 2 mcmuffins, didnt receive the second mcmuffin, the one i got was cold and the iced coffe was melted/ watered down. Looks like they gave me somebody elses order. Sucks. Also took me 10 min to get a shitty experience.

The drink I ordered was out. I could tell by the light color but I tasted it to make sure and had to ask for a new 1. They were nice but I was told they weren’t changing it at that time. I said it was ok that I would choose a different flavor. I drove off with my order and the new drink didn’t have enough syrup either. I didnt feel like going back so I threw it away.

The most horrible McDonald’s. I ever been to no good Customer Service. They don’t pay attention to the customer. I work right here at Home Depot. I can’t even get off on a break and come and get a good meal. This McDonald’s disappoints me so much. I tried to get me a Sasha, Miss biscuit for a homeless guy and it couldn’t even help me when I order it off of my phone. I was about to spend $15 just now today is a 24th and it wouldn’t even come to the register so I can pay in cash. I walked out for the second time and I will no longer become here. I hate this McDonald’s. This is so sad.

My food was prepared wrong three times that I ordered through the drive-thru. I had to go inside and request a refund and it took them almost 10 minutes to do so. The manager told me not to have an attitude with her because she didn’t cause my problem. I told her I watched her walk up and down the kitchen before she helped me with the refund

Took over 10 minutes to get 2 drinks in the drive through and there were no cars in front of us. We seriously sat at the window watching 3 people trying to get our drinks. They put 3 cubes of ice in my hot “ice tea” that promptly melted. I asked for more ice and they said sure and continued to fill it with hot tea, then gave it to me as it was. My wife’s sprite had no syrup, just carbonated water with3 cubes of ice. They gave us another small cup of ice to go with it. It isn’t that difficult to fill an order for 2 drinks.

They took almost 30 minutes to make 2 $5 bags and they had no line just me and my friend in there waiting. Don’t go here if you just want something quick because they’re going to take their time. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I guess this McDonald’s is trying to cut cost. Either the person making this did it as a joke or was seriously unqualified. I got a double cheeseburger … with NOTHING.

This particular restaurant decides to make their own hours and close early at 9pm, where the door says 10pm and the Drive-Up is 12pm. It appears that they had their “friends” inside to hang out. The exterior lights were all off and the large “M” on a pole was off. When does McDonald’s turn off the large “M” outside? Poor management and irresponsible staff.
