This has been my worst experience, at king buffet. Food on the buffet was dried out, some things only had like a scoop left of the item. Was not replenished while I was there. The lo mein, had a weird taste to it, kinda like it had been sitting for extended amounts of time. Granted it was on a Sunday, around 2pm. My total bill was around $22.00. For 1 person, including a drink. Did not feel like what I received was worth the price I paid. I think this place is going down hill. I recommend New China Buffet, in Imlay City. I have never had a bad experience with that location.

Off the rip the staff was not friendly at all.. the food selection was very slim for being dinner time not many choices of our favorites which was a little disappointing… The booth we were sitting at was broke so we were teeter-tottering as we were eating. The only time the waitress was really nice to us was to bring us our bill and let us know we could leave a tip… I was not impressed by that at all customer service speaks volumes to me and it just wasn’t there The food wasn’t bad but not a big selection but I would not go back as a first choice because of the service…

The lunch buffet is a good price. Might wanna catch them at the right time so the food hasn’t sat for long. The staff is super nice.

The food was cold and soggy. Garlic bread was rock hard my daughter couldnt even eat it. Their plates were disgusting still had nasty food residue on them. Then they have the audacity to take it upon themselves to give a bigger tip. My total with tip was $85 thats what was signed for. They took over $96 out of my account. We used to come here often. Not sure why it’s trash now but we will never come back. King buffet Shame on you guys!!!

The peanut butter thai chicken is very good. The bacon wrapped crab is very good and the coconut shrimp is tasty and the sushi is very good. The general tso chicken was great. The chicken on stick is very good. The fried rice tasted good. The salt and pepper shrimp is very good. The brocoli and beef is also good. The chow mein noodles are very tasty. The shrimp with brocoli is good.

Just went to lunch here and it was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. I attempted 5 different items and I have to say, low grade dog food would be better that that. The chicken was hard, the shrimp tasted like they come off last nights platter. The green beans were soggy with grease. An absolute waste for twenty dollars. Just disgusted

The food is always really good here. The place is fairly clean. The service is direct and prompt. The portions are large, delicious and fresh when ordered off the menu. The buffet is really good but is currently not in order due to Covid restrictions. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because I watch the service remove plates and cups from tables, not wash their hands, and then service other guests. While this has always been something I’ve disliked, with Covid being a factor I feel it is neccessary they wash more. On the other hand, it is still my choice to go or not go out to eat. I figured I’d write why I chose not to give a full 5 star review.

Came in around 5 on a Sunday and the food was fresh, great quality and delicious. Buffet tables were kept clean and the food displayed nicely. I noticed the entire restaurant appeared to be clean, the corners and walls, even in the bathroom. The staff seems to work hard with care and respect.

me and my boyfriend went here for dinner and he had orange chicken and after eating a few he didn’t feel good. opened one of the orange chicken bites and it was purple inside and he ended up throwing up in the parking lot. most likely will never be back
