Great crew. They have been really busy and the night day/night crew always have a good attitude and are truly working as fast as they can. I used to work fast food but before Uber and doordash.. on top of over the counter retail and the drive-thru.. crazy busy but they take it in stride.

Always loved this place, some mistakes here and there but better quality than other fast food in bport. Only complaint is the breakfast push. My wife has gone a couple times after groceries and the kiosks only have breakfast options. I get its AM but not everyone likes breakfast. I wish they and others wouldnt force breakfast options on us, really wanted to try a bunch of new items today but lack of options I guess got us to spend less money lol

This Taco Bell location has some standout moments, especially with the morning nacho maker who consistently delivers quality loaded nachos, which I really enjoy. However, there have been times when my order has been messed up, and the quality of food can vary depending on who’s preparing it; I’ve received crusty, old refried beans in my bean burrito and burritos with cheese that isn’t even melted, which is disappointing. Overall, I love the food here, but the customer service and food consistency could use improvement—it’s clear when staff are doing a great job, so I suggest giving raises to those who consistently get it right to help elevate the experience for everyone.

Being around a college town, this place is popular and busy. When I got home, a few times during the dinner shift, they did not get the order right. Wise to have them recheck.
One morning I ordered breakfast. The bright spot is Wendy. A lady that is pleasant and customer focused. I was so impressed that I asked for her Manager to give her kudos. He said Wendy has been with them a while and has received many praises from customers. I think she only works the mornings shift.

ONE STAR ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
I ordered Taco Bell online for delivery at 2 AM, a full hour before closing, thinking that was more than enough time for them to make my food. My estimated delivery time was 2:53 AM, and I waited patiently. Instead of getting my order, I got led on for nearly 2 hours, watching the app with hope while starving, only for my order to be canceled at 4 AM. No food, no updates, just silence and disappointment. If you’re going to shut down early or stop making orders, then stop taking people’s money and pretending like you’re still operating. This was a pathetic excuse for service, and I’ll think twice before ever ordering from this location again. Don’t waste people’s time and screw with their sleep when you can’t be bothered to fulfill orders you already accepted.
