We have been going to this location since it opened. Overall it’s consistent. However, this last time on Sunday the bread for the 3x burgers and hot dog fell apart. The large fry wasn’t large. No Ketchup or malt vinegar was out to use. The resturant super clean and staff was great. All the food was cooked perfectly.
They may have had a bad supplier for bread and the fry guy was new?

Got five guys delivered and this was a large fry… just sad. We get five guys because we always get more fry than we need. This is small at least. Then the food delivered was wrong on each burger. Usually great but it only takes once

Good food, LOOOOONNNNGGGG wait times, and the staff kinda makes you feel like ur interrupting their conversation to take ur order. I waited 35 min for 1 order with 1 person in front of me. And then didn’t even receive the correct order. i love the food but this is my last time coming to this location. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but have had the same experience every time i come here. I hope they get some better management in here bc it’s a shame incompetent employees are ruining the business :/

BUYER BEWARE!! I placed an order and paid online this evening for my family — Bacon Cheeseburger, Hot Dog, Cheese Dog and a large Plain Fries. When I arrived at the store to pick up, I was informed that they did not have any hot dogs. After standing in the order line for a refund, I was told that they would only refund my money for the hot dogs because they had fulfilled my order for the hamburger and fries. I cannot think of anything more disreputable than not refunding my entire order for the inconvenience of having to make more dinner plans for the other two people in my family. The guy at the cash register even said that there was small print somewhere on their website that said they could offer only a partial refund even though they had not fulfilled the entire order or contacted me so that I had a choice as to whether to proceed knowing that hot dogs were not available. Five Guys has lost my business forever. This never should have happened.

I like 5 Guys but the other locations have better service and food. The diner was not not dirty but, tables were not clean off. They gave me cold fries and the wait was long considering they didn’t have many customers in the store. I was at 5 Guys on Washington Street and the service was great and they had only 4 people working.

I stopped by today to drop off a package at the UPS store and decided to grab a burger and fries while I was here. Parking is easy—plenty of free spots. If you’ve never been, the fries and shakes are solid, and the burgers are juicy, flavorful, and definitely messy. They also serve hot dogs, but I haven’t tried them so I can’t say how they are.
While you wait, you can help yourself to free salted peanuts in the shell—they’re everywhere.
That said, the prices have crept up, and I left feeling like the meal didn’t quite justify the cost. Still, I did enjoy the food.

Waited longer than 15 minutes for a hamburger and fries with a slow store.
The hamburger was burnt and dry with cold cheese. Bacon burnt. The bun was stale. The fries were soggy and unedible whether you get sack full or not. $20, will never go back.

I just paid $20 for a Luke warm burger, and a half sack of fries. I ordered a large and got a medium. The restaurant was very dirty with no Ketchup other than what was all over the counter. Icing on the cake both bathrooms where out of order. I dont mind to pay the $20 but it should come with good service and a clean restaurant. The past couple times I have been to this restaurant the food and service have been sub par. I will not be back for a while.

The staff are very nice people. The selection of drinks is the best! I love the coke machine with all the variety. The waits are never unreasonable for food but everything is always hot and fresh made to order.
