I just picked up a carryout order and had a great experience. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman with long brown hair in a ponytail and a red shirt was incredibly kind, professional, and fast. She brought my food out immediately, and her positive vibe genuinely put me in a better mood. She was awesome !

They are consistently good everytime we go, food is always hot & flavorful – they almost always have little animal toys they give away with their drinks which are super freaking cute. I love coming here.

Two visits to Outback.. Two somewhat different experiences.. Why?? Two different bartenders.. Let me explain..
I’m in town for business and though I try to avoid national chains while traveling, I had Dine Rewards to burn and I don’t like letting those expire..
Enter my first visit to this OB location yesterday afternoon.. I stopped in a little past 4p and was greeted by Emi at the bar.. After I asked how many of the roughly 10-12 folks around the bar might be regulars, Emi responded, “About 4½,” and we were on our way to a great dialogue for the remainder of my stay..
She introduced herself, put a name card on the bar with my name on the backside, and used my first name throughout my stay and had a fantastic barside manner..
I ordered the Mozzarella Boomerangs appetizer and a pair of Down Under Margaritas and all of that was fantastic, too..
Enter my second visit in as many evenings.. I stopped by today, a bit later, around 6p, to celebrate National Filet Mignon Day, and sat at the bar again.. This time, a fellow with the initials JD was working.. I only know this after seeing his name on the check at the end..
No conversation, no barside manner or chat, just the bare minimum of seeing what I wanted to eat or drink, checking in at the end, and settling up my check.. The difference in human interactions was distinct..
Regardless, my salad, 6oz Victoria’s Filet, and loaded mashed potatoes were on point and delivered to the bar with the excellence I’ve come to expect from the Outback brand..
Did Emi spoil me and leave everyone else in a lurch?? Perhaps.. But JD needs to interact with folks a little more.. It enhances the customer experience and in many cases directly results in higher tips.. Maybe he was having a bad day, I’ll never know..
That said, this Outback location delivered menu items on two consecutive nights exactly as they are advertised and as I ordered.. I’m walking away calling this a win!!

We went here on a Veterans Day and appreciate the support the restaurant offers to the military personal. There was some wait, and even though they said it will be about 30 minutes wait, it was surely no more than 15. Food was amazing. Yum! We even took some to go!

I simply ordered a To Go order on Saturday night which the restaurant was not even busy. This was my first time ordering TO Go at Outback. I ordered Alice Spring Chicken with 2 sides which was a house salad and fries. As soon as I got home I checked the food which the chicken was overcooked and had no mushrooms as well. You can clearly see in the pics the food looks horrible & disgusting!! The manager Misty did try to fix this and remake the Alice Spring Chicken but that didn’t help only make worse. Worst experience in my life!!!! I highly recommend not to go to this Outback!! I will be taking my business to Longhorn Steakhouse!!! You might want to re train your cools and staff before serving good to a customer!!! There is a picture of what the Alice Spring Chicken supposed to look like!!

Glenn was our server and he was top notch! We never needed anything because he was right there with it! Really made our dining experience great! The staff all around were friendly and attentive. Definitely will be back.

I went to outback in California, MD ON 235. We ordered apps, side salads and 2 entrees, I asked for my steak to be medium well she asked for well done! The apps were great, salads great but the entries mainly the steaks were horrible! We’ve gone to outback for about 10 years all over the east coast and I can say this food was HORRIBLE! The steaks came and it was this hard exterior with a rubbery middle. My steak was rare and that for me wasn’t a true concern it was how the steaks were cooked. The manager came over and honestly looked like as if she could care less about what we asked why the steaks looked the way they did. She aggressively explained that they switched to these new grills about 6 months ago and they were basically ruining steaks. She offered me something other than steak but after her tone and body language I respectfully declined! For me the experience of outback has drastically gone down, you CANNOT claim to grill your steaks if you are using a Panini press to cook them! In a since that is false advertisement and should really be corrected, overall experience was a zero. I will say the waitress who helped us was AMAZING and for that I AM GRATEFUL!

There was a 40 minute wait so we opted to sit at the bar. You would think being right there you’re getting top-notch service. The bartender barely checked in on us. We did the usual queues like clearing our throat and having the menus put away, pushing our empty bottles away… very disappointing. At least the food and drinks we finally got made up for the service.

We went late, it was fairly empty and we were seated in the bar area. It was reasonably clean in the bar area. Our server was prompt and checked on us periodically. We ordered a sirloin with chopped blue cheese pecan salad, chicken on the barbie and side cesar salad, and Cobb salad with crispy chicken. My steak wasn’t quite as rare as it should have been, but it was tender and properly seasoned. The chicken and Cobb salad were also good. Overall, the food tasted good and met our expectations.
