We were in town for a non- joyous occasion therefore needed margaritas and stumbled upon this restaurant. We talked about how great the food, cocktails and service was multiple times on the trip back to Atlanta. Although second trip was for a joyous occasion, the main reason we were excited was because we were going to dine here again!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! It was packed but we did not mind the small wait but it was well worth it again!! Ava (sp?) …. you were amazing. The service was great the first time and it was great the second time. If we had this restaurant in Atlanta, it would be our weekly spot. See you all on our next trip!

I just had an amazing experience at Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurant! I ordered the Pollo Fundido, and it was absolutely incredible. The flavors were rich and delicious, truly out of this world! I also requested some shrimp on top, and they gladly added them for a small extra charge, which was totally worth it.
This was my second time dining here, my first visit was good, but today really exceeded my expectations. The food was just fantastic. A big shout-out to Astry, my server, who provided such wonderful service. She was attentive, friendly, and really made my dining experience even better. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Highly recommend Rancho Grande for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Mexican food.

Food was not spectacular but not awful. We decided to take a break from our normal Mexican eatery & try something new. I only ate half of my dish but what I had was pretty decent. Strangely my son didn’t eat all of his food. He had shrimp & beef nachos & wasn’t a huge fan of the dish which is shocking. My daughter & hubby said their food was just “ok”. Now the drinks shocked me because they were a bit on the weak side which is not something we are accustomed to at Mexican restaurants. On the flip side the place is nice & our waiter was very attentive & pleasant but I don’t think we will be returning.

I have eaten here several times and the food and service was great, but that is definitely not the case this time. After waiting a little while for my to go order and heading home, my son pulled the food out of the bag and each of the 3 meals did not even cover the entire bottom of the container. These were $10.69 each (total was over $40 for these and a small cheese dip- which doesn’t add up to me either)! I went back and when seeing the first one, the manager said that it should have been a lot more so I showed her the other two. Her expression changed and I simply said, “ I’m not trying to be rude, but could u please either fix these for me or give me a refund then?” Her response was, “well since I don’t want to throw food away, I will fix these THIS time, but next time this will be how much u should expect.”
Needless to say, there will NOT be a next time.

Arrived a few minutes before they opened and I was the only one. Doors unlocked right at 11am. Definitely coming back for more. The portions were large, food was great, salsa was yummy ! Nettie was our waitress and she was top notch.

47 minutes for a Togo order!!! Asked for the manager 4 times to just get a refund so we could go somewhere else and was LAUGHED AT by the 3 servers in the back. Manager NEVER came out. The Togo blond girl was working her butt off and the other servers never even tried to help her. When we got home, we had 2 small bags of chips and 2 salsas for 2 LARGE queso dips so my husband had to go to store to buy chips. Spent $67 and had to buy our own chips!!!! Will NOT be back

We came in before the lunch rush after church. Our server took our order but forgot about us afterwards. Two tables ordered after us but received their food before us. Another server had to fill our drinks. I had to ask where our food was. Once we received our food it wasn’t even correct.
