Delicious food, very fast service, the staff are all friendly, especially the guy in the red T-shirt in the photo is friendly, attentive, and very welcoming, he tries very hard and does his job well! I couldn’t read his name on the badge because I can’t see well from a distance. The food is delicious, the cafe is clean! There are tables and chairs outside with a gorgeous view of the mountains! It was very nice to eat and admire the nature! Thank you guys! I recommend this cafe!

We came at a really busy time and still got our food fast given how many people were there. Our food was amazing and service was great. We read previous reviews and are happy to say that Jack helped make our food and we thought he was fast and did a good job.

Good costa vida! Friendly workers and quick ordering. Only thing I wish is that they had more deals. Love getting the sweet pork or barbacoa beef salad.

We generally loved our dates to Costa Vida and their food is normally great. But this time at the PG location was the “3rd strike”. The last few times they have been extremely skimpy on the pork/meat selections on our tacos, and seem very put out when we ask for a little more. They are all moving so fast and don’t seem to listen. They got our food wrong again and also didn’t add rice and beans as they should have (the other plates we ordered should have come with them per the menu). And when we got home with our takeout (less than five minutes) the queso was cold, not even lukewarm. If we return at all (maybe we will go to competitor Cafe Rio), from now on we will go the N Orem location as they tend to get less things wrong and don’t seem as hurried to get us through, while providing generous portions of what we order. Thanks!

I am absolutely thrilled to give Costa Vida in Pleasant Grove a glowing five-star review! This restaurant continues to exceed expectations, and their recent 20th-anniversary celebration was nothing short of extraordinary.

The collaboration with Jarritos, the beloved Mexican soda drink, for their 73rd anniversary was a stroke of genius. It added an extra layer of festivity to an already delightful dining experience. The combination of Costa Vida’s delicious food with the iconic flavors of Jarritos created a culinary celebration that left me thoroughly impressed.

But the excellence at Costa Vida doesn’t stop at their events – it extends to every aspect of their service. The kindness and warm reception from the manager and the entire team were truly heartwarming. It’s evident that they take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes every customer feel valued and appreciated.

And speaking of the food – it’s simply fantastic! The flavors burst with authenticity, transporting my taste buds straight to Mexico. The quality and freshness of the ingredients shine through in every bite, and the attention to detail in each dish is a testament to Costa Vida’s commitment to excellence.

The customer service at Costa Vida is exceptional. The staff’s friendly demeanor, prompt service, and attention to detail create a dining experience that goes above and beyond. Whether I’m dining in or grabbing a meal to go, I always leave with a smile on my face.

In conclusion, Costa Vida in Pleasant Grove continues to be a culinary destination that consistently delivers excellence. Their recent collaboration with Jarritos and the 20th-anniversary celebration showcase their dedication to creating unforgettable experiences for their patrons. To the manager and the entire team, thank you for your kindness, delicious food, and exceptional customer service. Costa Vida remains a favorite for me, and I can’t wait to keep coming back for more!

First and last time I’m ever eating at this place!! The drive-through took over 10 minutes because the girl was trying to get me a tortilla that I asked her I did not need except she ignored me and continue just to do what she was doing with the window closed. She gave me the wrong chip dip. she barely gave me any guacamole in the bowl. There is still room in it for more. Going to chipotle from now on.

Lunch date today and specially went here due to them having really really yummy horchata! I got the Baja bowl with grilled steak, black beans, salsa, Pico de Gallo, lettuce, and red sauce on the side.

It was a decent serving size bowl but very filling! Also had chips on the side and small serving of rice for the little one. The service was excellent on the assembly line when it comes to getting served exactly what you want on your entree. Checkout went smoothly.

The only thing they need to improve on, is to clean and dry the tray they place your entree on. They handed it to me still super wet on the edges, so my straw which they placed on there – wrapped in paper, got super drenched. Therefore, the unused, wrapped straw was now contaminated even before I used it!

They do have every other table closed off for social distancing.

Very knowledgeable and gracious with regard to our need for GF food. Many out there are GF by preference, but those of us with celiac disease don’t have that choice, so it’s wonderful and comforting to receive the care and attention to detail provided by the PG staff (and all staff whatever Costa Vida we visit).

Go to the American Fork location. The meat in PG is grossly overcooked. Skimpy on portions. I love Costa Vida, but won’t visit this location again.
