Nobody Cares
The girl with the short hair that closes, has ZERO customer service skills. To roll your eyes and shake your head at a customer like theyre an inconvenience to you, all because they have a question (a question which was never answered because this sad excuse of an employee just walked away) is ridiculous. She should really take notes from some of her coworkers, because I have NEVER been treated that way at this location. Idk why people like her get jobs in customer service when they lack the #1 thing it takes to do that job….people skills. Fast food must be the only industry willing to give her a chance. That, or shes already burnt so many bridges at other companies, cause fast food to be her only option. She definitely looks like a job hopper. The sad thing is that she will never be anything more than she is now – miserable. I know nothing will be done, or said to her. Which is sad because if you are a GM or an Area Coach, you should really take reviews seriously and look into the claims that are made. I hope someone is able to cause her to change one day. But I doubt it. Now that I’ve said what I needed to say, I’m going to go back to my life, where I treat people with respect. And guess what, they respect me back because of it. Its a much happier way to live.

One of the best , super convenient location on the highway. Staff is super friendly. Quality of food is superior as compared to other Taco Bell on the same route. Quick service. And if you are dining in, the place is upper clean, convenient kiosk ordering experience.

I give a star to be allowed to write only, hahah the good in this Taco Bell can make you have stomach problems, is sooo nasty, this place should hired new people in the kitchen or close deviantly, it looks like it doesn’t have managers! The food tastes like is been sitting there for hours and is so disorganize, not even the drinks can save their self from those crew member. First and last time going there is the most disgusting food I have try Taco Bell. I rather wait 20 minutes and eat at the McDonals close there.

Let’s just say you should get meat in your burrito. It’s all extras and just little steak crumbs. Livable wage do stuff right. Let the customers get what they pay for. So its now March 8th thought i would try again. We’ll no cheese for chips and cheese, grilled cheese burrito made steak no steak in it just the rice and things. This place really needs to get it together or hire new managers that can run a store not just sit on there butts.

The rice was undercooked in our cheesy icy burrito. But it was fine. We just brought it home and put it in the microwave. No big deal. We still love Taco Bell.

Any fast food house hold name will always be my go to when traveling. In this case I made it to London, Kentucky past midnight. I was super hungry & decided to get delivery through DoorDash & spent $20 on an okay meal. I was full & ready to knock out.

Have ordered DoorDash from them 2 times, received food that is wrong plus I ordered extra things of the items I ordered and doesn’t seem I have received that either, I use to be an agm at the Corbin Taco Bell a few years ago so I know Taco Bell skimps on food, but $75 getting the wrong items and the burritos r like tacos is ridiculous, chalupas r hard potatoes r old fries r old 5 layers r wrong its crazy.
