Horrible! I literally waited in line with 1-3 cars in front of me for 25min! 4 times this happened to me. I don’t know if they’re working on just careless! They literally speak to customers so rude EVERY TIME! They are disgusting and I’m so disappointed. I had 6 horrible experiences back to back!!! Stop hiring people who lack professionalism, customer service, comprehension skills, and who simply hate the company! I’m so upset with this McDonald’s. It’s in a beautiful area, but their service is disappointing and can ruin your entire day. I wrote you guys in twitter too, because what is this?

I recently visited McDonald’s, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The interior and restroom were noticeably cleaner than before, creating a more pleasant environment. The food was delivered promptly and met my expectations. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout my visit. Overall, I am impressed with the positive changes, making it a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. Well done, McDonald’s!

The daytime manager who was there around 345pm is beyond disrespectful. He dropped my fries on the counter and had the nerve to give me an attitude after and then mumble things under his breath. He proceeded to talk shit about me to his coworker for not picking up the fries that HE spilled, meanwhile he watched them spill once he dropped them and he just walked away, I than had to tell him they spilled and I apologized for HIS actions. Beyond disrespectful & childish, as a manger you need to do way better!!!

If I could’ve given this zero stars, I would have, this is quite possibly the worst experience at a McDonald’s in years, maybe decades…
My mobile order: a hot chocolate, an unsweet iced tea, and a fudge sundae.
I arrive, drive thru backed up, so I walk in trying to get my phone to recognize that I’m in the store and can actually place the order. The staffer there asks me if I’m taking photos of them, but I’m trying to get my phone to place the order. It finally does after a few more shakes.
Then… a wait. 5-6 min stretches longer… and then the cashier comes over to me with the manager. They say, my hot chocolate – no go. Machine is out for 20min for a cleaning cycle, do I want to wait? Uh – no. Can you refund that or cancel the order? Not able to do that with a mobile order… so… what’s my choice? Get a shake, slushie or soda. Not exactly what I was looking for – needed a hot drink for my kid, and none of those were a great choice. Given no refund, though, opted for the cherry slushie, which they gave me… and… nothing else. I waited another 10min and the cashier noticed I was still standing there and asked me… what else? I told him I had an iced tea and sundae. I see the manager helping out and working orders … my order has been up there a while, and orders of others that came in were already filled ahead of it. Perhaps forgotten? The line of people waiting inside for orders has grown longer, too. The staffer gets the slip from the manager and gives me my fudge sundae and an iced tea that’s apparently been waiting by the drive-thru for a while. Then three cups on the counter for my order finally…and no cup holder to carry them out in? I have to ask for one, they don’t have any upfront, so another minute or two as they run back to the storage space to get one for me.
To add insult to injury – when I get back to the car, the lid on the sundae is leaking all over, so have to clean that up, and the iced tea tastes like coffee. Which is not what I like at all – I’ve had a lot of unsweet tea at McD’s, it’s not the best unsweet tea, but it’s usually tea. I don’t know why there was coffee flavor here, mixed water or something, but… I’m thoroughly disappointed. Zero stars.
