I’m really disappointed because I frequent this location often and spend a good amount of money here each month. I went through the drive-thru and waited without any acknowledgment, then went inside where several employees saw me but did not greet me or say they would be with me.
When I was finally acknowledge, I was told they were in the middle of a shift change and handling a large order, which I understand. What I don’t understand is completely ignoring a customer. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would have taken seconds.
Instead of an apology, the employee became defensive and went back and forth with me. Basic customer service and courtesy were missing, which is disappointing considering how often I visit this location.

Ok even tho they put tomatoes on my burgers after I repeatedly said no tomatoes….. The customer service from Chelsey was so outstanding I just picked them off myself, mistakes happen. Good job with her as a hire, I’m returning just based off her superb customer service alone.

If you like gambling this is the wendys for you! Some days they might screw up your order, sometimes they’ll give you less than what you paid for or you might even get it burnt. Given this place endless chances and have been failed almost every time. Seriously, turn back now!!

This place is an absolute joke. These employees must go out of their way to ensure the worst experience possible. Didn’t have ketchup or ranch packets. Ordered a large and medium fry and was given a medium and small because they “had no large fry cups”. All this after waiting over 10min for the one ripped wide open grilled chicken wrap shown in the picture, and I got bathroom paper towels for napkins. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this location.

Horrible customer service and SLLLLOOOOWW. Only two of us in the drive through and no one inside. Been sitting here for over ten minutes. No one’s even come to take my payment yet. I can hear them back there joking and laughing and having a great time, though. Finally got my food and it’s cold with soggy fries to boot.
