It will be a while before I go back to this Wendy’s. Employees on their phones. They told me to pull up and I sat there for exactly 10 minutes. My fries were already mostly cold. When I backed up the young lady just opened the window like I was bothering her and her colleagues conversation. She didn’t give a clear answer on when the Frosty would be ready so I offered to accept a pop instead. I get no response then she shuts the window walks away likes she’s working on another order. When she opens the window she attempts to hand me the cup to which I ask her what kind of pop is it and she said – Coke. I told her we don’t drink Coke and she said well you said pop. One would think to ask as I was offering the favor not the other way around. She proceeds to tell me that I backed up right when a young lady was coming out to give me the frosty but she threw it away. That young lady was getting out of a car. I’m unsure how she had the intention to hand me the frosty I was waiting for when she looked like she was on a mission in her car. I said thank you for the frosty and the straw and she said nothing. Learn to accept responsibility. Your lack of preparation with your frosty machine, lack of adequate communication, and inability to make a wrong a right was worth 5 stars. Horrible customer service,

I really appreciate the people who work here. They don’t have to be so kind and interesting, but they are. In addition, they are impressively witty and conversational, which I really enjoy. The food has always been hot and fresh, the atmosphere is a standard Wendy’s, but the workers really elevate it to be something special. Hard for me to go to ANY fastfood other than this one. Thank you.

I used to love Wendy’s but their french fries have really gone down hill over the years. Half have the skins on them and some of them look rotten…..every time I go there. If you want great french fries go to Arby’s and order crinkle fries…..they are exactly like how Wendy’s fries used to be years ago – delicious.

What in the world!? Just had the best Wendy’s experience at this Wendy’s… Amazing service from the time we walked in, then to boot, the manager walked out and gave us a free chocolate frostie, purely because we looked like we might enjoy it! Great job by this crew!

Your basic burger joint! However, the burger was pretty good and the FF were better than average. Too bad they didn’t do my order correctly. I ordered a double with nothing but ketchup and onions, but it came with cheese.

Service was quick and correct. The taco salad has changed, do not like the corn, red pepper, salsa and few stripes of chips. Will not get it again, unless you go back to what it was before.

I understand people makes mistakes , the drive-through I had my order right but they gave me the wrong receipt. I want make sure I got charged what I paid for on the receipt ,I went and talk to the manager and try and explain he gave me wrong receipt so he put his hand in my bag touch my fries and I told him have replace it and I was missing my nuggets in bag and I went to drive-through asked for the nuggets got wrong , gave me spicy nuggets and wrong sauce so I come back 2 times drive -thur . Get right nuggets and right sauce . I’m very upset with them. my food was cold . I understand one mistake . And busy not after 2 times same person .
