I ordered the pick 2 deal, $10.99 was a good price but after paying an additional for delivery total came up to a little over $20. It’s a 5-7 minute trip from this location to where I work but unfortunately I couldn’t leave work so I requested delivery It just wasn’t worth the extra $10 money. Also, I ordered a little before 3pm and DoorDash arrived at 4pm…did I mention it was a 5-7 minute trip from: ( and the Wild Chicken Tortilla Soup was more like a gravy with tiny parts of chicken and some diced vegetables I had to search for. I am just being honest because ppl are paying for this. I would recommend, go to the location…you’ll save money and you can get an idea of what the soups really look like. Former chef many years ago, my son is an executive chef, and some family into catering, this is NOT wild chicken tortilla soup and no tortilla chips were provided. The small chef salad suffice for a 2 deal meal. lol.

The prices match the quality of their food. Great variety to choose from. Try their “Giant Spuds”. Attaching a picture of their “smokehouse spud”, alone it could easily feed two adults.

This was my first visit to mcalisters , and their food is amazing! I truly was looking for a New York style sandwich with pastrami and corned beef on Rye, and that’s exactly what I got. It was on a marbled Rye with the spicy mustard and the pastrami and the corned beef and it was so full of meat that it couldn’t even get my mouth around the sandwich. So I just nibbled at it like a Bunny rabbit till I was able to eat it and their side dishes, the potato salad was amazing. They have baked potatoes with all sorts of things on. They have soup, they have other sandwiches. They have lunch specials where you can get like half a sandwich and something else, whether it be soup or salad, or potato salad, their desserts look amazing, but I’ve never made it to that point. Their iced tea is delicious. I will definitely return again and again.

First time there. Order was totally accurate, food was awesome. I loved the potato salad. It tastes like someone from my family made it. I feel like it reminds me of Panera but with a different and better menu. Prices are a little high, but the quality is there so it makes it worth it.
The service was good. Someone came out and cleared my table when we were done. I appreciate that.

First time there – was craving a corned beef on rye & was not disappointed. Lots of meat Nice side of tasty potato salad & a crunchy pickle. Wife had the “pick 2” & her chili was also very good. Staff was very helpful, friendly & professional.

Do not order takeout from here, unless you like your sandwich to be served soggy and wet. I got the Rachel sandwich and it was awful. The sauerkraut did not taste good. The turkey tastes like salty, low grade meat. The bread was soggy. The pickle had a bad taste to it. The cucumber and tomato salad that came on the side was very sour and unpleasant. I noticed that my turkey had brown speckles on it. I couldn’t tell what it was, until I pulled apart the sandwich and saw a small piece of beef attached to it. Clearly, the worker did not clean the meat slicer before switching deli meats. This is unacceptable and it is a health code violation. Failure to clean the meat slicer can cause cross-contamination and bacteria transfer. This is a serious problem and should be addressed. Based on the owner’s response to previous bad reviews, this tells me that the owner doesn’t care and makes passive comments. There is no action to prevent the same issues from happening again. If this business truly cares about customers and their poor experiences, then I would expect a better response that shows they are doing something about it. The response is a reflection of how the business operates and what they value. Words mean nothing unless they’re followed by actions.

This place is great! The employees are always courteous. The food is delicious and the portions (especially the salad) are generous! We both got half a salad and half a sandwich/wrap. We love the iced tea too! Their prices are reasonable, and there are almost always coupons within their app that make the meal a great deal! I highly recommend visiting this place!

I got the ultimate nachos. Extremely disappointed. Looked nothing like the picture. The nachos were so salty. In the script it said one of the toppings was chili. You get the cheese in a separate container that had a squirt of chili in it. There was not nearly enough toppings to have with the nachos. I would say I ate approximately 1/4 of nachos with toppings and then you just have nachos left. And finally it was very spicy. Too spicy for my taste. I will say their sweet tea was very good.
