This particular location was well staffed, friendly, and accurate in filling the order. It needed a bit of cleaning but wasn’t in a state where I felt I needed to leave.

Ok it’s 11:42 pm on August 2 , 2025 my cat broke so I couldn’t go and use the drive tru on my cat I saw a lady that work there outside and I ask her if I can order something walking she told me yes I come to the window saw a guy and he start telling me to get out and making signs with his fingers saying no because I was walking his name is JOSE the employee he is very rude I didn’t ask for something free I pay for it from the customers money make your lazy dude I don’t why your management have you working as customer service you are terrible , lazy , bad customer service don’t come to this place the hate to take order for customers his name is JOSE with the glasses

Well let me tell u the food was BAD!!!! Ordered a Sausage burrito and I never had them put ketchup on my burrito and also the food tasted dirty like not the same. Unfortunately this place was empty of customers and I see why ! I thought I was eating a chemical burrito stay away from here…terrible food!

My mom came to visit and we were caving into our guilty pleasures and when we went to jack in the box the ladies made sure that all of our food was fresh and even bundled it into a meal that I had no idea existed!!! 4 tacos a drink fries and churros all for $5!

Weirdly I haven’t had a problem with this location until tonight. I asked for tacos and fries well done. And got the soggiest and limpest food you could imagine. My tacos were legit still covered in oil when they were placed in the bag…. sad

The food was good.. the beef patties tasted like oils of bacon though and greased the burger making everything taste the same. I ordered two different burgers and they all tasted the same to me. I wish they cook bacons separately and not on the same surface for the burgers. The staff were very protective not to communicate with you in a welcoming way and I understand.. it’s because the ordering counter was protected with a thick glass barrier to protect the staff.. there were some homeless people around at night coming in asking to use the private toilet. The place didn’t feel that safe.
But if you are there for a quick burger with a bacon oil, it’s the place!

Fresh food, fast serving, friendly staff
I am impressed by food quality. Fries and burger were super fresh. I assume its not a usual thing but I was lucky to catch that lucky moment.
Very dirty inside tho. There was no clients except me. For now i give them 4 stars. We will see what will happen later
