I went through the drive through and found a few minutes later that I was given a spoon instead of a fork for my cheesy tots. I went back to get a fork, and was told that they had ran out of forks and were handing out spoons instead.
The bacon double cheeseburger was cooked/built to perfection, honestly the best one I’ve had from any Sonic. Whoever cooked it takes their job seriously, and the lady at the window was a real people person. The tots could have had a little more cheese on them, and I ended up eating them with my fingers.

Ordered a Super Sonic Bacon Cheeseburger and a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The cheeseburger had two crumbles of bacon on it, both had brown lettuce and chicken and bun were burnt. My boyfriend just left to go exchange them for new sandwiches so I’ll I update when he gets back but I told him to ask the manager to open them and ask herself if she would eat that.
*Update: Better this time and my boyfriend said the manager Tiffany was very nice and polite.

My son had Tball tonight and we decided to stop and pick up something to eat since it was already late. We ordered a corndog for him because thats all he really likes from sonic and this is the corndog we got. Extremely burnt and hard to the touch. Just gross.

Some of the worst service ever and unfortunately, the food matched. My family really tried to give the benefit of the doubt because everyone has a bad day, but today was unacceptable.
Having managed restaurants for years, both as a store manager and a regular worker, I have never treated anyone the way we were treated today, not even on my worst days. So before anyone jumps online to defend poor service, understand that I’ve been in those shoes and this wasn’t it.

I ordered this burger and it was supposed to have sautéed onions and crisp bacon. My bacon looks burnt and I don’t have a lot of sautéed onions. It was supposed to be a good sandwich here late. They have gotten to chillax on how to prepare their sandwiches and I’m kind of losing hope here I really like 24 sonic but not anymore. Their food preparations are lacking. The appearance are messy. Looks like they slam it together and smash it up and I don’t think that’s right.

3 shakes, on one my son didn’t want whip cream and cherry, i asked could they put his onto mine, just a bit extra, right. They tried to charge me, I said nah, I’m good on that. I already paid for it, can they put it on the side. I don’t know, somewhere, it must’ve confused them. It just seemed like they made more work for themselves. My shake wasn’t that great either, I got strawberry cheesecake and I could taste peanut butter in it from another shake.

Food is okay. Staff is very depressing. Seems like when I come to Sonic to eat I am some how ruining their day with my order. Also we ordered shakes and just look at the picture. Very sad experience with my local Sonic.

took 20 minutes to make 1 meal and a happy meal. said they wouldnt break my bill even tho it was mid afternoon. i went and got change and came back, and they tried giving me the same food that they probably already threw in the trash. i told her i wanted it remade because it was cold at that point and again probably pulled out of the trash. the woman started shouting at me as she stormed off, then 5 minutes later she brought out the same bag of food. if it was remade that quickly , why did it take you 20 minutes to make it the first time?

I live right down the road have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They are busy understaffed. But even when they are slow they cant get a sweet tea and a coke right. And this is not a single one bad time its been months of disappointment. And when she takes ny money checks her phone laughs send a text back then decided to hand me my already made wrong order. Whos running this place.
