We went there yesterday for an early dinner and it was not very busy. The food was pretty good except for the sauce on my son’s chicken felt like there was sand in it and he couldn’t eat it. The issue we had was our server, no sure if she was having a bad day or always had such a charming personality. I dont want to put her on blast but her name could go in front of ball or it’s like glass kind of. Someone got a Dr.Pepper which tasted like the syrup was out and she had him get something else, which is fine but it’s an easy fix. We were a total inconvenience to her and we sure felt it, we could not get out of there fast enough. Not one smile, not one ounce of friendly personality. I know what it’s like to serve, I am a server and for the first time I left less than a 20% tip. Parking is terrible as well but that’s no big deal. Chicken, bacon, ranch quesadilla was really good!

Came here twice in one week.. great variety on the menu.. coming here at lunch time, gives you more affordable deals.. I had an amazing waiter, but Im giving three stars for two reasons. The first reason is they charged me $2.99 for some game, and there were only adults at the table. We don’t even understand how to play any game on that tablet on the table. And secondly, I told the waiter I wanted a smokehouse combo. She gave me the meat options for the plate. But never gave me options for the sides.. so when it came out I told her I would like corn instead, she added it to my tab, but never took fries off. Even if there was an up charge, the fries should have been taken off. I never touched them through out the whole course of the meal.. she never gave me options for my sides, just the meats.. besides that, she was pleasant… there’s a lot of food, so you will have left overs. The Blackberry ice tea is amazing!

She checked in just the right amount, offered great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. It really made our meal so much better. For a Chili’s, this one is easily my favorite. Our server, Jill, was attentive and so funny, the runners and other staff were on top of it, and the overall aura was immaculate. It was a busy night and not one beat missed.

The servers were amazing! The food was disgusting. Crispy fritters served soggy from all the grease, steak came raw and drenched in butter. manager didn’t care or try to make it right.
If you really hate someone then get them a giftcard here so they too can experience the horrible food.

the first time I ever had chilis was amazing!! The triple dipper is my favorite and the flavors are very strong!!!! But however it really does taste amazing and I highly recommend the triple dipper for new people!!!!! Love Chilis❤️❤️❤️ ️ ️

The food was great, as usual! The waiter was really nice and friendly. There was a small mistake with our kids corn cobs (there were spices on it) and they changed those right away. We ate like kings and left with very full stomach.
