Very disappointed this location is at the center of all our activities and even come to this one even with one in our town. Friday night the food was cold for all 5 of us. Took over 40 minutes to get the food. Remade food for one order and still by the time we got it food was cold. The establishment was not extremely busy maybe 50% of the tables were filled. The waitress was extremely nice and very sincere. How ever the manager on duty really needs better training when it comes to dealing with customers. The food i can get over but the manager acting as if she was doing us a favor is unacceptable.

Went in to celebrate my birthday. Not to sell my sob story but it wasn’t a great birthday to begin with. It was busy and the staff was struggling (it was BOGO wings so I understand that) and our server was having a hard time. When they brought my food, it was cold. There was a visible cold film on my cheese sauce and my fries were dry from sitting out. They gave me cake for my bday but it didn’t really help. When we finished our food, the server was rushing us a bit. We wanted one more drink before we left but the server never came back and never asked. It genuinely made my birthday worse. I’m sorry for such a harsh review.

Olivia was our waitress and an excellent job of taking care of us. In fact, she even brought me an extra Coke on the go so I have something to drink when I’m on the road the wings were excellent and the coleslaw was interesting as well a little tangy and different from other coleslaw‘s. Parking was easy to find hauling a RV and car behind was no problem here. We also had mozzarella sticks. They were tasty as well. I’ll recommend this place if we get a chance will be back on the way back to Florida.

It’s fine for a wing place. I absolutely love the Caribbean jerk on my wings. I love the queso and wedge fries. There is plenty to choose from on the menu. The service was good. The restaurant was clean and restrooms were spotless.

Our server is named Bruce. He definitely deserves every penny he gets. He knows how to read the customer at every level. Goes above and beyond. Hope he gets a chance to read this. . He adds to the positive atmosphere and makes your meal that much more enjoyable.

Waiting staff were very upbeat and nice. Food took a little long, but they gave us a heads up when we came in. Ultimate Nachos with chicken was absolutely delicious and a huge portion size! Room noise was a little loud, but otherwise very nice place to catch up and eat good food.

Don’t call in orders and expect online order prices. Ordered the online bundle of 15 Boneless, 5 Tenders, & Fries….received 15 boneless only because I called the order in. Why, because online doesn’t allow you to put sauces on the side. Was told that the bundle was online only and somehow the price was exactly the same the bundle online is $19.99, but that is also the price for 15 Boneless when you call. Make it make sense….

Wow… so excited to see Jamin jalapeño back on the menu. My son shared the news and we had to check it out! Best sauce ever and they’ve made some awesome changes since we stopped eating at this location a year ago. The service was great on the outside patio and the food served quick and tasty. I like the new addition of fresh chopped onion, peppers and tomatoes on the salsa and chips but feel the tomato base needs some kick. Fresh veggies don’t always taste the same year round so this totally changes the flavor of the salsa each visit. We will be back and recommend the bowling green location to anyone who wants to kick back for a beer, hot wings and salsa&chips!

Our witness Janice, was trouble.she was very rude, had an attitude the whole time. Like she was better then us, never came to see if we need more drinks, or asked how was our food. Got the brisket sandwich, only took 2 bites bc it had fat in it. Told her about it and she didn’t do anything to fix the problem. Had to talk to the manger which did correct the issue. But very trouble service.
