I would like to take this moment to formally congratulate the North Miami Taco Bell team for being the best Taco Bell in the United States and quite possibly the entire world.
Rain or shine. Midnight or late afternoon… you are always there with unwavering quality, consistency and kindness.
After long shifts waiting on the tables of America’s privileged, when the drive-thru line stretches into the abyss, your calm voice through the intercom soothes my tired souls. It promises fresh, delicious bites at the window and somehow restores my faith in humanity one Crunchwrap at a time (shoutout to whoever was working the late night drive- thru last night- you deserve a raise).
My only heartbreak is that the Quesorito was taken from us too soon… but that tragedy is corporate, not local. I do not blame you.
North Miami Taco Bell team, your hard work does not go unnoticed. You are the unsung heroes of late-night civilization. ❤️

I came on a Sunday .. about 1pm … I dine in .. place was not crowded.. I think it was just me eating and cars coming in the drive thru

The guy on the drive thru doesn’t know what he is doing and the manager Ivette is the meanest manager I’ve encountered in my life. You gotta do a better job hiring educated and kind people.

Friendly Staff ,Good Customer Service,Clean Environment,onsite parking is available,Clear Street Views…I have sampled several other items from their menu with no issues,but on the particular evening that I tried the new chicken tenders combo…I was disappointed. The Fries were well seasoned & cooked to perfection ,but the chicken tenders were overcooked &hard to chew they were tossed in the trash “unconsumable”.

I am very disappointed with my service, I did not like how I purchase the discovery Lux box the $9 and they gave me the $5 box and I bought two of the nine Discovery Luxe box I also ordered two chicken burritos and it looks like it has been Smalley portion not the correct measurement. I am very displeased that I spent more than I was supposed to. I can’t believe that they refused to give me the correct order and just ignored me. Like what kind of service if this.

Honestly, the worst service/food I’ve received in Miami ever.
Not only did we wait 35+ minutes, we got cold soggy food… AND they charged me for a sauce they forgot.
The entire team seemed lazy. You could see them on their phones. Walking to the front accomplishing nothing. While there are 8 cars behind me waiting.
0/0 for everything, especially the cashier with the fake hair and red ends.
This is how they gave us our large nacho fries. No extra in the bag. Just soggy cold barely filled box of fries.

This Taco Bell has horrible customer service. The cashier through the screen wants to scream and you and always has an attitude. I always be polite. They also make me backup so the timer won’t count against them then pull back up. Then they have an attitude if I don’t pull up quickly enough.

Not to be dramatic because I know it’s fast food and there’s several stores within a few miles but….. this is EASILY the best and my most preferred store to visit. The staff makes all the difference. They’re so genuinely friendly, hard working and beautiful! I used to never participate in the free taco Tuesday because I don’t eat meat and they offered to make it with beans <3I will always go out of my way to pass by this location because every time i go to another store it’s pretty disappointing. Thank you to the staff for real !!!!!! I wish I could name drop you all because I’ve been early and late and it’s always amazing.
