2nd time here and th service is amazing warm and inviting! Special shot out to Jade his energy and memory are so delightful and the care behind crafting every dish is top notch! and Aaron sweet and warm demeanor both of these gentlemen are a wonderful asset to this establishment!

This place was amazing! We went in not expecting too much.. but I got to say the food was really good. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and when I tell you that burger was juicy!! I mean it. Then the chicken pesto pizza with garlic and bell peppers? TO DIE FOR!! Staff was really attentive and nice. Would definitely recommend to anybody that wants a quick grub to taste outer worldly .

Honestly I’ve never been disappointed with the food. My favorite to this day is the spicy chicken sandwich which is not spicy at all!!
Today I changed it up and went in for the bbq bacon burger. I’d give that one a 4 star but my friend had the margarita pizza and it was pretty good!
Overall 5 stars all around. Clean environment and friendly staff.

We have wanted to try this place for some time. It was really amazing. The shakes are hand made and they give you the extra thats left in the metal mixing container. Delicious big time. The food was excellent and well repaired. The employees were very courteous and the place was very clean.

I live in Dallas now after living in Jax for 25 yrs. there’s lots of highly rated burger places in Dallas and they all think they have the best burger on the planet. But I always compare their burger to Loop and always disappointed, since they are never close to as good. I miss this place. Plus the tomato bisque, salads, and grilled chix are the best anywhere. And steak fries are my fav vs the other fry options out there. I wish we had Loop in Dallas.

The guy at the front was really nice and helpful. What seemed like the manager didn’t give alot of help. I was picking up an order she said it was going to be a couple of mintues turned longer and when I asked again she just seemed annoyed and said longer and didn’t give an exact time so I could tell who I was picking up for. I understand you get busy but every customer is a customer even when your picking up for someone.
