This is an El Monte staple. Huge portions. The drinks are like massive!
Amazing selection of American food. You must try the grilled chicken salad. It’s like a pile of goodness plus a breadstick.
It’s always consistent and never a long wait here! The cooks know what’s up and the other employees are nice and engage with the customer.

The food is good comfort food. I love their zucchini fries and chili cheese fries. Their burgers are local joint goodness. And their pastrami and steak sandwiches are decent. I also like their shakes. Just good local burger place.

Really good hamburger place. I tried the bacon cheese burger, it was really good. The portions are big, a little pricey but worth it. Customer service is ok, staff is friendly. The restaurant itself is well kept, is it clean and the a/c is great for a hot day.

Went through the drive thur
customer service lady was so rude. So sad out of all the fast food restaurants we choose to eat at which would have been about $100 to spend. We canceled are order and moved on. Spent our money at Jim’s. Honestly people if customer service is not what you enjoy doing get another job.

My previous experience at this location was poor to say the least. 30 minute wait in the Drive-Thru and the temperature of the food was off. To top it off prices for food here are very expensive. Will never come back here again.

Time and time again, the Drive Thru employee is RUDE! I don’t know her name, but I won’t be coming back here because of her. Not only that, but they changed the recipes of their burger, now the patty is razor thin and the bun is outrageously thick and dry. I thought it was a joke!

Chicken salad is the best, so much food!!! We recently tried zucchini pretty good but I wish they had a smaller size and cheaper price, cut legthwise. Customer service is lacking but the food is amazing!!!
