Was there a manager at this store 1/9/26. I never seen Wendy’s SO empty and I see why the gentleman told me to hold om at the drive thru speaker and then never came back to take my order! WOW!! Then as I drove off the customer that was on front of me was not even at the window…they were parked between tje 2 windows. It was like they was purposely not taken orders and blocking the drive thru so they would not have to work. Did I go inside…nope just took my business else where but I have never seen a fast food CHain act that way besides the Sonic on Hampton and see where that got them!

Very slow service at the drive-thru — it took 20 minutes just to get our food. We were passing by from out of town and decided to give this place a chance after reading mixed reviews. Big mistake.

Not only was the wait extremely long, but our entire order was wrong. The sodas had no flavor, my salad came with no utensils and no dressing, and the triple meat Baconator didn’t even have bacon. A burger we specifically ordered without cheese came with cheese. On top of that, the salad is much smaller than it used to be but more expensive.

When we finally got to the window, they didn’t even know what our order was. We repeated it, and somehow it still came out wrong.

Overall, very disappointing experience. We were just passing through, but this left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning.

The manager Stacy was very kind! Someone in the drive through ordered a bunch of baked potatoes so when I ordered mine I had to wait 10 minutes but she communicated clearly and kindly and made sure everything came out fresh and made for certain the order was correct and even offered a cookie for the wait. She was polite and spoke with staff and it seems like their team works well together because she said hey guys let me know as soon as that potato is ready! I’m glad she was there today!

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to… they throw your food together on multiple occasions. They can’t lettuce wrap or understand what extra lettuce is they don’t care about getting your order right. They don’t match rewards when their system is down which is all the time and they are rude in general… I ordered a regular fountain drink the person taking my order couldn’t find it so she charged me for the hand squeezed lemonade instead a of the Minute Maid limonada like I asked pic of the third time I asked for extra lettuce for a lettuce wrap burger this is what they did… Then they gave me half fries and half leftover breakfast potatoes just lazy. then I saw them eating in the food prep area… workers walking about eating holes in their cloths just terrifible.

Placed a mobile order through the app but once I got to the restaurant I was told their system wasn’t working for them to make my order ahead of time so I sat and waited for them to finish. Once I received my order I notice I was missing an item. I tried to go back into the restaurant to get the item and The manager Sandra basically called me a liar. stating she put the item in the bag but I must’ve took it out and that she wasn’t replacing it. SANDRA clearly dosent like her job being a manager at Wendy’s and needs someone to replace her. She sucks really bad. Shoutout to the guy that gave me her name. I will no longer spend my money here again.

I came in on yesterday with my granddaughter I needed to use the restroom before we ordered anything I waited patiently unfortunately I had an accident the manager told me to wait but she then said she didn’t have a key I waited for a while very hurt!! We never ordered!!doors were looked and I had to leave because I was using it on myself,I know you were busy but to have me wait,then tell me you don’t have a key was humiliating!! Both supervisors were available! I’m still coping with the discomfort and not being able to order my grandbaby anything until I relieved myself!! I will never come back again!!

What happened? The burger, Dave’s single no onions, was not what I remember! I’m glad I got the spicy 4 nuggets to offset the burger, the fries are still good- I should’ve just ate at home (I made gumbo)…smh

I went through the drive-through, placed my order, went to the first window and paid for it. Went to the second window. I received my drink. Then about after 30 seconds a young lady asked me to back up to the yellow pylon. I asked her why? She said because my sandwich wasn’t ready. I questioned her again. Why would I need to back up? She just kept repeating because my sandwich was not finished. I reluctantly backed up to the yellow pylon. Not 30 seconds later, the young lady puts her hand out the window. I just sat there and then finally she hung her head out and asked me to pull up. I again asked her what was that all about that does not make any sense that because my sandwich wasn’t ready that I had to back up and then come back up. I don’t know if this is some kind of hurry up and get your customers through the line, and if it’s gonna take a minute, let’s back it up. I don’t know. I just think this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had happened to me. I will not be going back to this Wendy’s.

They were so slow. It took 20+ min. To get thru the line. Also the food prep was not that correct. The sandwich only had lettuce and a flat piece of chicken.

04/23/21 -The photos are from breakfast at Wendy’s on Pleasant Run Desoto to. The bun was wet and meat burnt. I spent $7.00 for food not edible. Service was bad, I had to get their attention. It took 7 minutes for my order.

This is why MacDonald’s line is long and none was in their line and this is why I decided to get breakfast there. Never again!!!! You have to have people work for your establishment who cares… Those folks on duty did not.
