I love this McDonald’s. I frequent it often, since its on my way to and from work. The staff ia always friendly and my orders are correct. The one time I had an issue, they promptly took care of it.

Why would yall block the handicapped ramp and restrict handicapped customers i went inside to inform the manager on duty and i was told it will be removed eventually. Eventually so a handicapped customers has to wait eventually to gain access to the restaurant UNREAL THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE

I placed a mobile app order and accidentally had it sent to the wrong location. I was quite frustrated (with myself) but when I got to this location to pick up my order, Gina & Ashley were thoughtful enough to give me fresh hot fries because mine had gotten cold whils waiting to be picked up. I never expected it and it changed my whole mood for the better! Keep up the great work y’all!

Good was good. Drinks were good when we finally got them. But the service was so rude. Why would four speciality drinks come before a normal cup of coffee. Got everything else but the normal coffee and when politely asked about the coffee the woman was extremely rude and then purposely took longer way after we were done with our food. The tables were greasy in some areas and sticky in other parts. At this time I would not recommend star bucks. We didn’t even get a free coffee or discount for the inconveniences. The server was horrible. And this is the person in the photo that was very rude. Not the blonde

I stopped here around 10am before heading on a road trip. All of the employees were polite, the service was great, the food came out fast, and everything was hot. 10/10 literally never been to a McDonald’s that good.

First, I’m a restaurant manager. I care about customer service so much. I’m new to this state and I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times after having spinal surgery not even allowed to move. Every time I’ve come into this McDonald’s there’s a manager packing the food up. I don’t know if it’s two different ladies or the same lady, but my customer service either way was above and beyond excellent very warming very sweet very fast very kind, ladies whether it’s the same woman or two different women You know you guys switch your look up so I couldn’t tell, All I know is it the lady I encountered today deserves everything in life and the later I encountered yesterday I feel the same as well! They genuinely look like they enjoyed their jobs. Everything was going smooth. I got my stuff fast with a smile on their face. Happy to Assist me. I’ll be praying for these ladies I ran into. I hope they get everything they’re looking for just off their customer service alone.! Never ran into this type of customer service at any McDonald’s in my life. And I’m hurt right now meant the world to me. I’m not even supposed to be out of the house so they got me in and out of there in no time.

I ordered at 11:00 PM on August 5th through the drive thru mobile ordering app..there was a cooked false eyelash in my fries and both of my spicy mccrispies were uncooked i couldn’t eat it. So i feel like i just wasted $15 which is some peoples 1 hour of works pay (AKA YOUR PAY) to get food at a time that’s hard to find places open.

I truly believe a Michelin-rated chef would approve of the way this McDonald’s prepares their fries. My compliments to the chef.
As to the service, my server, Ben, was exceptionally patient and helpful when I struggled with payment of my order.
As to the atmosphere, I’m not sure what I like more: the ambiance or decour. Attempting to decide which I prefer would be foolish at this time.

They hire some real idiots here. Sat in line for 30 mins as they take one car at a time. Made my order through the app, was charged and had a receipt. Rather than resolving the issue, the room temp IQ manager had me pay AGAIN at the window and make my order another time.
Now I have to deal with the app and get a refund for my first payment.
Do not recommend this location.
