Definitely one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The service is always exceptional, though the quality of food can range from great to just OK…so some consistency issues in this area, but you can rely on the custard almost always being great!

Looked forward to trying walleye. We had 2 Walleye dinners. $40 plus dollars. It’s unbelievable how this Culver’s just ruined very good filets by cooking the battered fish so it was soaked with oozing grease,
It was obvious that it was fried in oil that was too cold which caused the batter to soak up excessive oil. Just a waste of excellent fish being horribly prepared. Mr, Culver needs to provide this restaurant with a Frying Thermometer and tell them don’t fry the fish unless the oil is at the proper frying temperature, and after, drain the fish before serving. Horrible experience. Threw $40 down the drain. Nobody wants battered fish that ooze oil. Mr. Culver brags about their Friday fish fry. Nothing to brag about here. Frying isn’t Rocket Science. Do it right. And if you can’t get it right, take it off the menu.
But if you like Battered Walleye that is oozing grease you’ll love it here.

Sometimes the chicken strips have grizzle pieces. Not very often but it does happen. They have messed up on my order a few times so check your order at the drive-thru.

The team is always ready to serve with a smile, happy to help with any questions or requests. Even when mistakes are made they are quick to resolve and very apologetic. I’ve never had a “bad quality” meal here and will visit whenever possible- keep it up y’all!!!

Fresh and delicious food , service was fast. I really like the new drive thru that they put in . It allows more cars to order and seems to move more smoothly . My go to favorite is the chicken strips and chili definitely my favorite . Only thing I am not a fan of is the paper number they stick on your mirror . They should take them back when they hand the order .

While dining in this culvers on Sunday night, 9/28. A friend of mine was getting constantly harassed not only by other diners in this restaurant, but the staff aswell. People were videoing him without his consent and harrassing him. Not only that but after he ordered his ice cream and he got it. He realized his ice cream was filled with salt. And when his sister asked for a new one for him, they did the same exact thing and caused a horrible experience for not only for him but us aswell.

We had never been to this location and won’t be back. My husband got a mint oreo concrete mixer that would have looked better if a 5 yr old made it. We told the boy who brought it out that it wasn’t right. He took it back…then came back out with the same cup of ice cream looking the same way as when he took it back and told us that was “as good as it gets”….he also handed it back to us with the green ice cream covering his hand as if he had went back and stuck his whole hand in it to try to mix it up more… we were so disgusted …it went straight in the trash… the rest of our food came out oversalted and cold. Worst experience we have ever had at a Culver’s. Very disappointing to spend $50 on a meal and leave hungry because it was inedible.

One of their blond workers purposely put a crazy amount of salt in my brothers salted caramel ice cream on purpose because he is a tiktok influencer, and then when his sister went up to get a new one she proceeded to start dying laughing and then makes the ice cream the same way if not even worse.
