My experience here today was disappointing. After placing a mobile order for traditional wings n things, and traditional wings meal, I went through the drive through to pick up around 2:49 PM. When I arrived home to eat with my 6 yo daughter we noticed that the fries were not only old but burnt. We decided to return to the store for a replacement meal. However, it wasn’t that easy. The manager was rude and dismissive about my request. She was so preoccupied that she would not even stop what she was doing to listen and even walked away as I was speaking about the quality of food I received. The Assistant manager was a little better. She called the GM who after a bit of discussion reluctantly agreed to replace my two meals. This whole ordeal took an extra hour out of my day when it could have been took less than 15 minutes. It’s now 4:33 PM and we just finished our meal.

When I walked in, the cashier was already smiling and eager to help me. When I say the front counter and drive thru staff were very friendly, I mean everyone was smiling and very helpful the whole time. Not only was the food hot and delicious, but it was quickly prepared. We ordered two orders of wings and things, one tongue torcher and one wimpy sauce, a side of fried cream cheese bites, and an order of fried pickles. I definitely recommend trying the cream cheese bites with the strawberry dipping sauce.

Zaxby’s was honestly a 10/10 experience. The place was super well-kept. The workers were really friendly and had great energy, which made the whole vibe even better.
