So disappointed. My food was not only cold but my fries literally weren’t cooked. How do you put raw fried in a container ? Also ordered the shrimp and was given mozzarella sticks…..im lactose intolerant! So disappointed….

I visited White Castle in Centereach, N.Y. on Friday December 5, 2025 at 6:41pm and went to the drive thru. I placed an order of 4 bacon cheeseburger sliders. When I went to the window, I handed the male employee, whose identity shows #502 on the receipt, my credit card to pay and also informed him I needed a receipt. He took my card, scanned it then stuck his hand back out returning my credit card without the receipt and I asked him a second time for the receipt. He ignored me again like I was trash and turned around very quickly walking away. There were no other cars behind me. It took several minutes for me to get my food. I kept my eye on the drive thru window and their were two other male employees in there with him and the three of them were laughing and clapping hands together like a small children playing , “Patty Cake, Patty Cake”, Having a jolly good time. Shouldn’t the paying customer come first? When my food was ready, he re-opened the drive through windows handing me the bag, but before he let go I asked him a third time for the receipt. He turns around, rips out the receipt and very sarcastically said, ” Here is the receipt you really really really wanted!” Then closed the window. What an imature and rude employee. He should be fired. There was no need for him to act or reply to me the way he did. The food was so-so in that the buns were wet and soggy and had an overkill of ketchup on them so when you picked them up to eat, the ketchup would fall off and land on your clothing.

It’s White Castle! Still the reliably best chocolate shakes anywhere. Never a problem with food or order. Among the goofy menu, the fish nibblers are surprisingly good. Jalapeno sliders are great. The ordering intercom is awful.

I went to White Castle, and part of my order was two double cheeseburgers, extra ketchup. Got home opened the bag, there weren’t any cheeseburgers in the bag. The last time I went I ordered waffle breakfast sandwiches two of them and I didn’t get those. I think it was the manager that actually served me tonight. Do better.

We came to White Castle to try the Double Cheese Sliders and the Chicken Breast Slider Combo. The Double Cheese Sliders was nice and hot, but the flavor was basic, the French Fries was hot and tasteless. The Chicken Breast with cheese was plain with no flavor. Great flavoring drinks. I appreciate the staff customer service, they were welcoming, friendly, patient and helpful with our orders. This location was clean and offers plenty of parking.

After my long 3 hour friday drive I finally got to open and distribute my order with my daughters.
The utter disappointment of I’m going to just go to bed hungry. My soggy burgers and 2 orders of cheese fries with literally a fingernails worth of cheese. If you were out just tell your customers only reason I even chose white castle the cheese fries. Off to the trash thanx for ruining my long awaited meal. And for the record they were polite but I do not appreciate deception. It’s a treat to spend 40 bucks on fast food to just trash half of it. Now I know .

ALLERGY ISSUE
Tonight we placed an order through Uber Eats for mozzarella sticks, chicken rings and fries. Instead of mozzarella sticks we were given fried shrimp. A member of our household has a severe shellfish allergy and will go into anaphylactic shock from any contamination. This was a very dangerous situation and I’m very disappointed that I can’t even get in touch with a as manager when trying to call to address this.

One of the cleanest castles I’ve been to. If you know WC, you know the food is always perfect and delicious. I love coming here and being helped by a friendly staff.

Belly bombs at there finest. Location was redone a couple of years ago and they have kept up with it. Drive up staff was great. Advised me about making some changes with the order to save me a couple bucks. Took the left overs to work and ate them cold the next day, Almost as good as when fresh
