This is some of the best pizza and wings I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten pizza in New York City, Chicago and many other places around the country. And this hands down the BEST!!!! The dough is hand made and hand tossed. The pizza sauce has just the right amount of spices. And the definitely don’t skimp on the tipings. Definitely worth the dive, and is the jewel of McKees Rick.

So maybe this was just a fluke of a bad night for them cuz I see all the good reviews; but I wish I could get a refund for my pizza! lol so I ordered an XL with extra cheese, pepperoni & green peppers. I go and get it..get home..and it’s a whole pizza with NO CHEESE on it at all. How the girl screwed up my order I’ll never know but yea she did. I called and complained and she reluctantly told me to bring it back in and they would replace it. So we had to drive all the way back to exchange it and the second pizza was how we ordered it. I will say…it was extremely overloaded with sauce and I know that’s something that some people like but it was too much for my family; even my three chihuahuas who look forward to our pizza party nights weren’t feeling it. We ended up having about 6 pieces left over and I tossed them out because I know we aren’t heating them up for lunch like we usually do I know having spent $34 on a pizza that wasn’t good at all has left a bad taste in my mouth smh ♀️

I wanted to place my pick up order online but I couldn’t pay with cash that way so I called to place the order. I ordered the family special; originally I wanted pepperoni with a steak hoagie wings and a soda. When I talked to the person taking the order she told me she would have to charge an additional $3 for the steak hoagie. When I placed my order online it wasn’t up charging me for the change of hoagies. I questioned it, went with cheese pizza and Italian instead. I got ranch for my wings online it was $43. Being that I called and placed my order it was $47 dollars and that’s WITHOUT me getting what I wanted. I went to pick my food up and I asked why the difference in pricing between online and calling my order in and cashier simply said “The coupon comes with Italian hoagie and the owner said we have to up charge if they want to change it” I said okay well why is it a almost $4 dollars difference, she said because you wanted ranch. Than proceeded to say that she don’t know who handles the online ordered but they always have problems with that! I had her take the ranch off and still paid about $2 dollars more than I would have if I placed my order online. Yea it’s a few dollars but I still like to know what I’m paying for. On top of that the food at Doughboys don’t even taste the same anymore, the hoagies are small the pizza is nasty almost has a sweet taste to it and I asked for my wings well done and they weren’t. I know they are busy there so I expected about a half hour wait for a pick up so no complaint there. Overall I am highly disappointed and I don’t intend to waste another $50 dollars on something I don’t like! Last time I got a delivery from them they forgot my whole pizza

The chicken fingers were awesome
The service and the people were so wonderful..
Honestly the only downfall to our visit today, this is not the fault of the establishment though.
The garbage that was thrown out in front of the place everywhere and in the parking lot was just rather sad to see.
They have a little picnic bench beside the building in the parking lot where my two sons and I had our lunch today
The picnic bench was a little ramshackled but we made at work
Look like somebody pulled into the lot at some point and hit the picnic bench from the way the picnic bench was tilted and twisted a bit
If the garbage was cleaned up and maybe a couple new picnic benches out there
I’m willing to bet this place would do a heck of a lot more business
However I got to say, while we were there from when we placed our order to when we got done eating so much business was conducted at an unbelievable rate

I was visiting Pittsburgh from about 2 hours away and decided to do a “pizza tour” We tried several of the top rated pizza places in the city and the Sicilian pizza at this place trumped anything we tried on this or any previous visit. On top of the excellent pizza, the staff was so friendly and amazing and you can’t beat the prices. I think I found my new favorite pizza in this area! Thank you Doughboys for a quality product and amazing service!

Woooweeee I ate lunch here for 3 weeks when I was in CDL school. And I didnt have 1 bad PC of pizza they remembered my name and my order. The pizza is honestly my favorite. When people ask me where the best pizza is I tell em here. Its great!

What a horrible experience I just had to go through. They most certainly just lost SEVERAL customers after the service we were just provided. We ordered a large 5 cheese pizza, first time from doughboys. I have had amazing 5 cheese pizza. When this pizza arrived me and my guest looked at it and said there’s no way someone looked at this pizza and thought this was acceptable to send to someone who spent money in your establishment. When I called I expressed their was so much cheese on this pizza and feta cheese WET FETA CHEESE the pizza is just consumed with cheese, it’s un edible and we would like a refund. The person who made the pizza is arguing, going back and forth saying that’s how they come, he made it personally himself after I asked did you see this pizza, explaining to me how he sold 4 today and ect. I’m sorry what do they have to do with me? I was put on hold 4 different times and then he said he will give me a refund. We haven’t had fast food in a long time and honestly we stopped ordering out. We decided to eat here, mind you it’s all the way in mckeesrocks. We live in Bellevue we got some good pizza places around here. Our order was $30 That should speak VOLUMES but it seems customer service is something that people don’t understand IS so important. They don’t care about it it’s about the money. Well I will not be returning to doughboys ever again! If your looking for a 5 cheese pizza DO NOT LOOK HERE! You will regret it…. I haven’t seen a 5 cheese pizza on their reviews or photos well here you go! This is what the person who made our pizza says it looks like and he made 5 orders today!

Ahhh! It’s been years since I had a Doughboys meat lovers pizza. So good! I ordered an XL and almost ate the whole thing myself. Ryan and crew are the best and this is the BESTEST Pizza around. Thanks guys and I also appreciate the honoring of veterans with a military discount.
