Definitely overpriced for their food. Mozzarella sticks hype was true, super long cheese pull which made them kinda hard to eat but still really good, I like the honey chipotle one. The Zingy boneless wings weren’t for me, and the chicken crispers had kind of a weird texture but still good. Sliders were also pretty good. Standard burger. French fries didn’t have much flavor but I liked them. Cooked nicely. Lava cake was super rich and the chocolate sauce came out nicely, we liked it. Guac for the chips and salsa was an extra $3 which was kinda ridiculous. Our server took quite a while getting to us. We sat there like 15 minutes waiting for her when we finished eating. It was just a little busy which is understandable but she was just at the kiosk talking with another server and we were right next to it but she was still nice and super helpful.

Ordered a beer at bar. Was served quickly. Then I ordered 8 boneless wings. Asked the bartender, Pat what sauce to get. He gave great advice!! The plate did seem too big for the amount of food though. Was something missing?
For a chain restaurant, the experience was great.

I expected something fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and at least presentable. What I received looks like a collection of leftovers hastily dumped into a plastic container.
The presentation is a disaster—it’s a messy, unappetizing heap of ingredients. Everything is tossed together with no care.

Lets start off by saying that I had intended to eat at Longhorn, but the wait time was too long. So Chili’s it was(I was not disappointed as I eat there back home). Now the place was packed but once seated our server Austin…*slams table* ↕️ was amazing. He took our drink order, gave us some time and brought us our food promptly. I never order water at my Chili’s at home…the water here…CRISP! 10/10. My best friend got the loaded potato soup…CHUNKY AND NOT WATERY. 10/10. Our steak…PERFECTION . Austin circled back and dropped off refills that were much appreciated with questions of dessert. Which came out with extra ice cream and chocolate(our request)! If we’re ever back in the area we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the best ending to a great day!

It was my first time at Chilis and it will be my last. First the host didn’t give my siblings a kids menu. So we had to ask and our waitress was surprised they didn’t get that. We also weren’t given enough place settings. Then our waitress asked for our drinks. She never told us her name so we couldn’t address her. We order our drinks. And she asked us if we wanted chips and salsa, we said “sure.” After 5 minutes she brings the chips and salsa and then our drinks, but gives my sister the wrong one. They fixed it. Then after 15 minutes we are waiting to order our appetizers, we heard a lot of great things about the mozzarella sticks, so we order that. At the same time she also takes our main meal orders. After another 20 minutes all the food comes, the appetizers and the mains came at the same time. Usually you get the appetizers first, but ig it’s ok. When we got our food the waitress came back and asked how the food was before we could even take a bite of it. The food wasn’t even good. Also halfway through I found out the chips and salsa weren’t free. How was I supposed to know they weren’t complimentary, no one told us that. It’s $7.29 for chips and salsa like what the inflation?! The food wasn’t as good as the cost. But the mozzarella sticks were really good, they lived up to the hype. We also ordered dessert, because we already knew we weren’t going to be back, might as well make the most of it, right? We ordered the chocolate cake thing and the cookie skillet. Another lady brought out our dessert and no one had taken our plates so they tried to give us dessert with a full crowded table. Other than that the dessert was soo good. The cookie was warm and gooey and the cake was so moist and chocolatey. At the end we wait till our waitress comes back so we could ask for the check, and she eventually comes over and we ask for the check. And she says “oh you’re supposed to pay on the kiosk.” Like how were we supposed to know that?! We ask “how do we use this?” And she goes idk. It was $100! So we apply a free chips and salsa code and we ask how to do that she also says “idk” to that and goes and asks someone. We eventually get it to work. In the end we payed $96 which is still way too much for the food we barely ate.

Walking into Chili’s felt like a blast from the past unfortunately, it should’ve stayed there. The nostalgia wore off fast once the food hit the table. While our server was pleasant and tried their best, the food was downright inedible. The steak and chicken were overcooked to the point of being rubbery, and something just tasted off with the honey chicken tenders and the ribs. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because the beans were decent but honestly, how do you even mess up beans? Oh yeah and the southwest egg-rolls . I won’t be coming back. I wish I had left this place as a fond memory of my youth instead of turning it into such a letdown in the present.

Tried the “must-try” series—The dishes looked like works of art, but sadly the chicken missed the crunch memo. From the chips to the chicken to the shrimp, everything was united by one bold flavor: salt. You know it’s serious when you can actually see the salt crystals shimmering like tiny warning signs.

Service was appalling. My boyfriend and I waiting 30 minutes to be seated, once we got seated we saw our server ONE time during the whole experience. We were ignored for the whole experience. Server was consistently checking on other tables, while my boyfriend and I were ignored 20 minutes.
We didn’t get chips and drinks until 25 minutes after being seated. This is straight appalling as I have never had such a bad experience at a Chili’s.
As I was paying the bill and selecting a tip, the server (the one we saw ONE time) was looking over my shoulder to see what I tipped (I shouldn’t have tipped at all, to be honest) but I did anyways.
Tldr; don’t bother coming here. Service is awful and not customer friendly. Just go to a different chilis with better customer service.

I came to Chili’s Grill & Bar today with my boyfriend. We sat in the two seat booths next to the bar. Our server, and I’m not exaggerating, only spoke to us to take our order . After that, she kept walking up to her other tables multiple times while barely checking on us at all.
Usually when we sit in that area, we have a really nice server and we tip veryy well. Unfortunately, this time it was someone different, and the service was disappointing. The lack of attention felt rude, and it honestly made us wonder if it was because we looked young which was frustrating. I bet she remembers as well.
We absolutely tip our servers well, but we also tip based on service, and this experience fell very short. Overall, the service was poor, which was disappointing because we normally enjoy coming here.

Had a wonderful dinner here yesterday! The restaurant offers an excellent selection of food, meat dishes, and drinks. The service was outstanding – all the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere.
The only downside was the noise level, but that’s pretty standard for this type of restaurant and didn’t take away from our overall experience.
Highly recommend!
