Walked in for the first time at this location. Wasn’t greeted at all just with attitude from Alaina. When we walked in they only had 2 tables with guest out of the whole place. So I don’t understand why she was so unwilling to help. We get to the register a different young lady who was standing next to Alaina, asked if we would be dining in or to-go we said to-go. That’s when Alaina proceeded to take our order. I am half blind so I politely asked where on the menu was the kids portion, she slams her finger down and says “right there” my fiancé and I looked at each other and iykyk. From that moment on I didn’t place an order, my fiance and daughter were really wanting it. We normally eat at the Bethany location and have never had an issue with service nor food. Since moving out this way we’ve had a hard time finding places that have good service, food, and atmosphere. This particular location will never see us coming back. In business one on one is “word of mouth” is everything. You never know is visiting your establishment.

We had to leave a review because the fried okra here was hands down the best I’ve ever had! Lol. Laid back place, our server Katelyn was so sweet and made us feel welcomed and cared for. Manager was cool too. A cozy little date night! Thanks guys 🙂

I sure like their cfs; esp when it’s very freshly fried & fried to right consistency; which is almost always. Like the salads too. Haven’t tried anything else yet bc I keep ordering cfs. Yum. He won’t order the hot link sandwich again. For some reason it had bbq sauce on it but had only ordered the regular hot link sandwich. One of my fave places to eat when driving through the area.

The food is very good I have been comeing here since I was very young. But they have over priced there stuff by $2,00 on sandwiches and meals. They don’t offer any Military Discount. Even right next to a base.They would get way more Buisness. Big chain Restaurants like Chili’s. You can get A burger fries and drink for the price of just a Burger At Del Rancho. I love home town and State Businesses so come on stop being Greedy. You do have good employees that I can tell going national would just make you worse.
Go back to good Oklahoma values in a buisness.

I had the chicken fried steak dinner. The meat was about as thin as you could shave a steak but the breading was good. The gravy was the star of the plate and went well on the steak and mashed potatoes. My wife had the chicken tenders and again the meat was very thin but again the breading was good. The atmosphere was okay until a guy came in cussing at one of the staff before she left with him. I don’t know what was transpiring but he and the staff member could have handled the situation better. Our waitress was very nice and did well considering she took over the section the other staff member left her. Overall I would go back but I’m not going out of my way to do it.

I found a new gem, the customer service was really good, even though I ordered my food online… I purchased the supreme steak sandwich and the grilled chicken salad… They both were great with amazing flavor, very fresh and fulfilling… Those dishes are definitely a must try… I’m coming back to try out more things on the menu… Del rancho is definitely on my go to place for sure now

When we are in OKC we always have the steak sandwich supreme, been loving them for the last 50 years. Now we live in NC and my wife couldn’t make the trip. She instructed me to bring her a SSS home or don’t come home at all ! Going through Will Rogers while preserving two sandwiches was a challenge but it was worth the effort for us to enjoy your sandwich 1200 miles from its origins. Thanks again for such an iconic piece of OKC.

Fantastic experience, the Misses and I really enjoyed our dinner. The steak sandwiches were top notch. Had a perfect crunch to it. Been craving it again since I had it. Will definitely have to be back. The onion rings were probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend those onion rings. Location was beautiful. Nicest Del Rancho I’ve ever been too! Almost forgot the cheese sandwich, really really good!

This place is fantastic for chicken fried steak & mashed potatoes! The mashed potatoes have a taste all their own, yum. They have ranch that is the best tasting ever! Try a steak salad with creamy garlic dressing its the best! The bathroom is clean, great service..Plenty of parking
