I love eating @Shanes RibShack.We go there 1 or 2 times a month.Eat Ribs, pull pork,mac & cheese,potatoe salad. It’s a little pricey for two. We went there this week, noticed things had changed a little. Order our food and sat down. Waitress brought our food. I was disappointed mac, cheese looks like it was twice baked dried out reheated. Ribs was hard to chew, dried out as well. I can’t explain what to the potato salad, thought it was mashed potatoes. They changed Manager and he wanted to turned it around. Well it will be a long time before I go back there.

When we arrived there was only 1 table with people. But we went in anyway, it’s later on a Tuesday, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. $80 and left very unsatisfied. Pork is chopped not shredded so it was hard to eat. (That may be personal preference.) “smoked wings” did not have any smoked flavor and just didn’t taste good. The ribs were overcooked, Mac n cheese was bleh. We are not food snobs. We just appreciate good food and this was not. We were hoping to have found a new restaurant but unfortunately, do not plan to go back.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The service was horrible, the food took over 30 minutes to get to us, the girls that were working played around more than helped us. They were cleaning up while we were still eating and my mother is on oxygen and the smell of bleach was overwhelming and I’m not one to complain about cleaning but this amount of bleach was ridiculous. Not to mention after waiting so long on our food it was cold!!never will I ever go back to this place. I don’t recommend eating here. If I could give no stars I would!!! Notice there’s no one at the register nor did a waitress help us the whole time.

First time trying this place, and I am so glad we chose it! Searched on Google for a good while. This place had good reviews for a reason.
5 out of 5 for sure! Ribs, smoked chicken & the wings all FELL OFF THE BONE. It was all delicious. We ordered takeout around 7 pm on a Wednesday. Everything we ordered was in the bags!! The server at the front gave us extra sauce so we could try them all. Fried Okra was great. All the BBQ sauce was excellent. I don’t care for mustard BBQ sauce, tho so I didn’t try that one, but the rest were great. I loved the Ranch-Q sauce. Didn’t even see that one when we ordered on DoorDash, so props to that guy bc it was bomb. I am a wing connoisseur, and they were exceptional. The sides we got were mac n cheese, potato salad, beans & okra. They were all wonderful. 100% recommend. We will be back for certain! Thank you to all the staff for a phenomenal job well done.

The food was a 10 out of 10 the service was wonderful. I usually come in when there’s like I think they’re are twins because when does it talk that much and the other one talks that much she is so nice. I think I came in the wrong day on Sunday because this happened last week I had came in with my wife have thought two was gonna work, but I’m not trying to be rude. It was a heavy set lady in the front she had gave me attitude. All I want was a peach cobbler she was like so you had to pay for that I was gonna pay for it but my car kept on the condo. I said I was gonna go out to my car to get my wallet, but I came back in. She had got a little attitude didn’t know what she said. She had said it under her birthday she walked to the vet so this other girl had came up there to help me. She was so nice. She was a young light skin lady. I think that’s what she is. I’m not trying to be rude or anything I love that. The young girl had helped me. I had even gave her a tip because how nice she was, but I think you should talk to the heavyset lady on how she talks to people I didn’t do anything. I have a bad ear so I couldn’t hear her that well. She was yelling. She was not like yelling. It was like loud and I didn’t wanna like disturb. The other people that was eaten. I came in like at one and I wanted to let you guys know that when does the twins work because I have to give them something because every time I come there, they hooked me up, not like that hook up but like they are so wonderful. You do not need to lose them through the light skin lady the twins they are so perfect and wonderful and this old white lady she is so nice. I’m in my 30s. They are very nice. Do not lose them for they are so nice but please talk to the other lady on how she talk to people, please and if you need more things I will I was wondering if I can throw a party there The cook was very wonderful back there and when I usually commit is the two sets of twins, I think they’re twins. I think it’s one of them that comment on Monday and the other one that coming on Tuesday are you coming in Monday and Sunday but the Monday twin helps me take myself to the car because I almost failed taking myself to the car and I had a lot of cups because I had ordered a big order on Monday. Well, I’m sorry for the long review. I just did not like how the lady was treating me in the front, but I love Shanes.

Regret coming for dinner. Ordered smoked wings smothered in Lemon Pepper. They didn’t smother them. They were terribly dry. Potatoes were thick undercooked and flavorless. Way over priced for low quality over cooked food. I will never come here again.

We ordered their “jumbo” wings for superbowl Sunday. Yes it said jumbo in the advertising. THEY WERE TERRIBLE!! Not only were they small, but they were dry as a bone. They tasted like they were made 3 days earlier. Ordered lemon pepper and mild buffalo. Because they are smoked that’s what you taste…smoke not the intended flavor. We threw more than half of them away. Such a disappointment. We enjoy the barbecue when we come in to eat and the beans and coleslaw are delicious. But these wings should be removed from the menu.

We have been patrons of Shane’s for several years and have experienced.varying service levels and food quality. Sometimes really good, sometime not so good like last evening. We arrived at approximately 5:30 and were the only patrons at that time. We placed our order and had a seat in the dining area. A couple of patrons came in for take out and were served about 5 minutes later while we sat there. 15 minutes later we finally received our food. All was fine except the toast which was soggy. It was replaced with more burnt soggy toast. It appeared like there was a shortage of help or the person in the kitchen wasn’t the most talented.
