It takes a terrible experience to leave a review and that’s based on my history in the industry. We entered this location because it had a play place. My wife and I could not even eat our food even though it was correct because the atmosphere. Absolutely disgusting. The main lobby where you order food had trash and food laying all over. Hard to tell the last time swept or mopped. The play place was even worse. Trash over flowing and not one clean table to sit at. Floor covered in napkins, used straws and food. After I tried to be patient I took my son to the bathroom and was not comfortable him even being in there. It’s sad that this is happening in my community that this is acceptable. Never going back

I ordered a fresh McChicken regular and Mcdouble only mustard and ketchup. The McChicken was fresh but made sloppy mayo an lettuce on the inside of bread an on the top of my bread. The Mcdouble was I guess recooked (overcooked). But it was made sloppy as well. Sandwich was not stacked it was like sideways. But it was packed with onions. It pissed me off. Simple instructions especially when you don’t have many ordering.

Made a mobile order and everything was correct and I will give them credit for being quick but the girl that brought my order to my car was very rude. She barely acknowledged me and just stood there staring at me waiting for me to take my food from the tray. Is it so hard to provide friendly customer service or at least to acknowledge somebody when they ask how you’re doing?

This location is horrible. You have to wait in the Drive-Thru way too long. McDonald’s is known for fast service. This drive-thru is like the nursing home of drive-thrus. Why have two lanes if you only let one car go at a time and then you wait 4 minutes? That was my wait time 4 minutes between cars. That is unacceptable. Fire them all fire the manager clean out the store and get it together.

French fries were not cooked very oily and collapsed in the box. The nuggets taste like a sponge with an outer crunchy coating. I had to pull over and park to wait for my food and it was horrible.

I just left this McDonald’s like 5 minutes and everything on my receipt was right except I asked for #2 $6 chicken nuggets and I got the same meal yesterday from a different McDonald’s in high point so I know the 6 peice chicken nugget is buy one get one for $1 and the employee was going to charge me full price and then I asked her about the buy one get one for $1 and then she said don’t worry about it so then I get home and they gave me a empty box that had no nuggets in it. Now tell what kind of crazy mess is that. Everytime I go to that McDonald’s its always something.

Worst McDonald’s in High Point. They are never prepared, forget food every single time, and the night manager is the most unhelpful person in the building. Do not go here if you need a quick visit or want the correct food/drinks you ordered.

This was the third visit that I have had these issues:
Cashier was aggravated, not friendly, and did not care about accurately entering my order.
Order was made wrong after multiple returns and corrections.
Last time we ordered through the app to have food brought to the table, after waiting for a while my wife asked about our food and was told “if you want your food, you need to come and get it yourself”
Menu items not available at this location.
Menu screens are damaged and hard to read at times, and have been in bad shape for months.
Online “Pick up here” screen broken or off.
Kios are damaged or out of order.
The ONLY reason we eat here, we meet up for my sons playdate with out of town friends.
BUT… Emanuel with the yellow hat, was SUPER friendly, and awesome. He is the only reason I will give this location another chance, and did not rate 1 star.

Worse customer service ever received from this place. This guy was almost hit a parcel of food into my face not even to tell me my order was ready . Spend over 30 mins waiting on burger and fries . They need to do better

Waited at the drive through sign for 15 mins after being told to wait and still no one came back. One of the slowest McDonalds anytime I’ve ever tried to stop here.
