Was a little skeptical about this location due prior experience. But we were greeted and welcomed in with a smile, assured our food would be cooked fresh and they didn’t disappoint the food was good fresh and the roast beef was plentiful more than we expected the potatoe cakes were fresh and crispy this place is a good place to eat 10/10 definitely will be going back soon.

Duron R. and Kia provided exceptional service today. Both representatives were patient and kind, yet extremely helpful. My service was quick and speedy, I was literally out in less than 5 minutes. Shout out to Duron, for getting off the line to handle my order as he was experienced in taking my order at the register so that I could take advantage of the beef and cheddar promotion. I like this place, I’ll be back.

I ordered a market fresh sandwich and it was the worst one I’ve ever seen/had. One slice of bread was the end which I’m fine when at home but if I’m paying for a sandwich I would like regular slice bread. Also there was barely any turkey meat and the meat that was on there was incredibly thick which is not the quality I expect from Arby’s.
After seeing other reviews I realize now this seems to be an issue for the last few months so don’t plan on going back to this location. The service seemed fine though, the quality control just needs a lot of work

Only giving 2 stars because the drive thru worker with the dreads was friendly and kind, and the strawberry lemonade is very good. I waited quite a little while for these $3 chicken wraps. The honey mustard one was okay but the tortilla was stale and therefore ripping and so the sauce got everywhere. The ranch one was AWFUL. I’m from the Midwest, we love our ranch, but this was utterly DROWNING in ranch with a stale tortilla and a lame quarter slice of cheese.
McDonald’s, we’re still waiting for you to bring back snack wraps because these chicken wraps from Arby’s are definitely not it.

I visit this location fairly regularly, as I do not have a location closer to me. Today I visited and went through the drive-thru as I always do. While I was ordering, the employee who was taking my order stopped me and said in a very rude tone, “could you stop yelling?” I have a slight hearing impairment, so at times I do speak a little louder, but in no way was I yelling. I was so shocked at her attitude that I couldn’t even respond. I was embarrassed and felt bad for something I didn’t even do. I didn’t even know how to speak at that point. I finished my order and the employee was very short at the window. I’ve worked in customer service, and I know it can be difficult sometimes, but there is never a time when it’s ok to belittle a customer or embarrass them. Fighting back tears, I wasn’t even going to address it. I simply pulled up to wait as she asked, took my food when it arrived and left. I really struggled with whether or not to report this, but I’d like to see this addressed so that maybe another customer won’t have the same experience that I did. The employee’s name on my receipt was Keyya. She had long red braids and some dainty facial piercings.

I had lunch from this location and it was the chicken sandwich that has been advertised. When I got to my job to enjoy my lunch I was very disappointed with hiw the sandwich looked. It did not look like it does on the commercial. It was even missing lettuce. For the price of this meal it should have been better. I don’t think I will be eating lunch here again.

I’ve been to this place three times in just one week. The customer service is top-notch, and the restaurant is always spotless. Plus, they make the sandwiches absolutely perfect every time.

Drive-thru business seems to get slower, and slower these days. I had placed an order for The Bourbon Barrel chicken meal. She stated to me it would take about five minutes to prepare the chicken. I was asked to pull forward to the door, And wait . That, however turned out to be 20 minutes for the execution of my meal. Because of the DeKalb County Water issue, there was a boiling water advisory. She stated to me that there was no carbonated beverages. I asked her if they had any beverages at all. They have tea. I asked her specifically if the tea was included with the meal considering the meal comes with a beverage. So not only did she charge me for a meal without the beverage she also charged me an additional $1.99 my tea. And by the looks of my fries, it lacked. Food was overall salty. Not worth the wait or time. I will not be back.
