1/13/26 Had dinner here Saturday night, sat in the bar area (booth). I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. Honestly one of the best, juiciest burgers I ever had. My wife’s smash burger was excellent as well.

Vanessa was our waitress and she did an excellent job! She was kind and attentive. Our food was delicious! My family really enjoy the Chili’s bean queso and chips so we had that to begin our meal off right, as expected it was a table pleaser. I appreciated the guiltless options on the menu. I had ordered the 6oz. Sirloin and it was very good. My husband ordered the chicken pasta and he liked it. My kids had the chicken quesadilla and chicken fingers with fries, they enjoyed their meals too! We had a great family dinner out, thank you Chili’s! Look forward to going back sometime!

I have given Chili’s of Viera multiple opportunities, but unfortunately I continue to receive food that is poorly prepared or incomplete. During my most recent visit, my burger is soggy on a bun and was served with only three pieces of broccoli and approximately half a tsp of soggy lettuce. This presentation and portion is completley unacceptable. I truly feel like its not rocket science to put together a takeout order.
Please avoid this location at all costs as they clearly do not care about their customers.

It feels like people hate on chilis because that’s just the thing to do with chain restaurants. But they forget that the people running it are locals. This location has consistently been one of the best chilis I’ve been too. We’ve moved around the country a lot and been to MANY locations. They offer a great variety of plates from those on a budget (“3 for me” deal) to those wanting to feast (Smokehouse platters). Obviously, the triple dipper is the GOAT. Staff is super friendly and personable. Service is always quick. Food is consistent and reliably delicious. No complaints ever from this spot.

We had a party of around 15 for a birthday party. Our server was very attentive. All the orders were hot and right. He kept our drinks filled. The bartender personally delivered my watermelon patron margarita and said “it was made with love” All around a terrific time!

Let’s get down to business, we came here for a nice spot to eat. My husband and I had never been to a chili’s prior to this visit but we see them EVERYWHERE, so figured a chain that’s so prolific must have something good enough to draw enough people in to make it profitable.
Service was absolutely speedy, our server was friendly and prompt, and honestly one of the best we’ve had at a restaurant in a while and that’s saying a lot about the quality of workers (at least at this location).
Onto the food. Mostly it was good, there were a few things we didn’t like that we ordered but you never know if you’ll like something if you don’t try it so we wrote it off as our “adventurous food” purchase of the day and called it close enough. Now, I’ve had “Southwest Egg rolls” from other places prior, so I may be judging harshly but in my opinion the ones from Chili’s are subpar. (Then again, I’m comparing them to food places in Texas so make of that what you will). The burger sliders were basic, more on the bland side than anything, but their chicken? Their chicken was outstanding, very juicy and flavourful, not overcooked and dry. Honestly their chicken was so much better than the chicken I’ve had from outback in comparison. So that was a winning purchase to my. Their street corn blew my mind away, it was so good. I’d definitely recommend chili’s for the street corn alone, not even considering the other good food they most undoubtedly have.
All in all, great experience their food was mostly good, and I would definitely recommend trying them out.

We have given this place several tries and everytime the food is just awful! Food is greasy the fries are overly seasoned. The service at the hostess stand is not welcoming they don’t seem thrilled or happy to seat you.

Haven’t been to Chili’s in a while, so thought we would go and see if anything changed. Went on a Sunday evening, wasn’t very busy. We had a fabulous server, she was friendly and attentive. Love the Happy Hour every day! My margarita was delicious. Good draft beer choices. Had the classic triple dipper – yummy!
Our teens had the chicken crispers that came with lots of dipping sauces, fries and mac and cheese- which was very good, and lots of food! All our food was hot and fresh. I think the ranch is too runny and thin though, could be much better.
And the games on the tabletop computer tablet should be FREE! Would definitely come back 🙂

I ended up getting their 3 dipper deal and it was the perfect amount of food for 1 person! In fact its almost enough to share! Their cheesesticks are more like cheese planks but totally worth the price! Not to mention the cheese pull is top tier
